Vintage 3 piece Kent Coffey Joulon French Provincial Dresser Bed Set 1950-60's You are looking at a very beautiful and well built 3 piece set by Kent Coffey. This is a French Provincial set made by Kent Coffey. And is believed to be late 50's to 60's. It is very intricate as you can see in its craftsmanship. Two of the pieces are very large in nature, and have sustained a little wear over the years. By the age of these pieces they are in great shape. A few cosmetic touch ups could be needed, but as you see you get the Long which as you can see accomodates 12 Drawers. The top drawer does bear the Kent Coffey mark in it as well, on both pieces. It is very intricate as well as ornate with a nice light Ivory through beige and gold color tones. The pictures you see are of the exact one. This particular dresser and chest as well as the bed, I have not found any other of these. The second item is a larger tall chest which has four larger drawers in the base. The top drawer of that does have the classic luxury separator design in it. The top folds open to reveal the two larger pull out drawers. The front doors on this have this beautiful crosswire design on it. These two items do have some moving scuffs on them hear and there, but nothing major, or that some touch up wouldn't take care of. The shear architectural carpentry of these items are something to behold. To top it off, it comes with a beautiful bed frame that accomodates a Full size bed measuring 54"x75" The bed is functional and has these additional wood supports so will support nicely. The exteriror of the side pieces doe show where screws have been put through to sturdy up the rails. This is an excellent collection of these pieces. This is good quality. Heavy duty furniture made by Lea. I do not know what kind of wood it is made out of. If you need more pictures or more information just let me know. This is a fabulous, QUALITY piece manufactured by Link/Taylor before they were obtained by Lexington Furniture Company. The chest is dated August, 1970. The chest is substantial. It has 6 drawers with the upper three drawers concealed behind a double, decorative door. The chest is antique white with a slightly mottled finish. It features both gold and silver leaf accents. The hardware is very nice. The door pulls have long back plates with a faux key pull. The doors have a pierced brass accent that flank the arches. The brass is of a floral motif. I cannot tell whether this is original, but it is old and it is quite striking. The sides of the chest have arched panels with wide wooden trim. The legs are a short cabriole and the bottom of the chest has scalloped ... moretrim. This is a gorgeous chest with an abundance of functional storage as the drawer space is quite generous. Antique French Provincial Night Stand Vintage Part of Bedroom Set 1950s
This listing is for a vintage/antique French Provincial night stand. The bureau/dresser with mirror is listed separately. It has 2 drawers and is a very solid piece. I think it's maple but not positive. I'll check inside the drawers to see if there are any markings. This nightstand was owned since approximately 1958 by my parents(the year they were married) They no longer have use for the it and would love for it to go to a good home. Bodart Vintage Antique French Provincial Style Table, Chairs, and Sideboard
The table. Chairs, and buffet are antique, french provincial style made and signed by Bodart. Bodart Furniture Company, Grand Rapids Michigan. Bodart specialized in high end reproductions of European furniture from 1943-1973. I'd guess this table was made around 1949. The fittings on the table and buffet/sideboard are brass. Table is 40 inches wide by 60 inches long. Buffet is 20 inches deep by 61 inches long by 34 inches high, with dovetailing on drawers. The buffet has three storage drawers and storage with a shelf below behind the doors. There are two extensions that fit the table(12 inches each) pads, storage bags for the extra extensions, 4 side chairs and 2 arm chairs. Easy to re-upholster the seats with new fabric.
