This auction is for an older petite and neat Double Drop Leaf Table made out od solid mahogany from England. This is the smallest Mahogany Double Drop Leaf Table that I have ever seen. It's just a very small& petite"tea table" that made it's way out of England. It's small. Super cute and has been around for a long, long time. Most of this type and size of table was used at"tea time" in England. They would be set up for"tes& crumpets" then taken down and set aside until needed again. because of it's small& petite size, it could go in any room of your home. It could be used as an end table, side table or window table. It's a neat item that would add interest& charm to any room in your home. It has a dark reddish mahogany patina to it. It's'foot print is 18 1/2" wide ... moreand 11 1/8" deep and 18 5/8" tall overall. The top. When folded is 6 1/2" X 20 7/8" With one leaf opened, it's 14 3/8" X 20 7/8" and 18 5/8" tall. Possibly Edwardian era desk or library table is in excellent condition. I have owned it since 1980 and have not altered the finish. Although it may have been refinished prior to my ownership. This desk is very sturdy. The dimensions are 40" long X 25 1/4" deep X 28 1/4" high. Nice chunky brass hardware is complete and original. This desk is constructed of solid wood.no veneers.which I think is flame mahogany. The dovetailed drawers are constucted of what appears to be bird's eye maple bottoms(which is a very high quality wood to be used on drawer interiors) and oak sides. There is one center drawer and two deeper. More narrow drawers on the right side. Drawers all work smoothly. There is a platform at the lower level of the desk. The four feet are carved animal-type. 2 Piece folding Tray table. mid 20th century- craftsman made- mortised and glued with nice maple(cherry? inlays on the table top. The center panel is a beautifully figured mahogany board with a wavy pattern. I repaired the inlay. Replacing 2 of the strips to compensate for wood shrinkage. Dimensions: Tray tabletop: 15 3/8" X 27 1/8" Sides are 1 1/4" deep giving the tabletop a 1/2" lip. With the top it stands 20 3/4" tall. The folding base pivots on 2 nicely turned finials. It is made from solid mahogany with inlay along the legs. Drawers, and top(see photos) The inlay is made from a light colored hardwood. The table is 29 ½ inches tall, 27 ½ inches wide, and 13 inches deep. It has 3 drawers, each of which is dovetailed. The drawers have the original glass knobs with brass trim where they touch the drawer. The 6 glass knobs have an embossed starburst design on the front and each measures 1 3/8 inches across. There are two curved storage compartments with hinged lids, one on each side. Under each compartment is a hand-chamfered board. This auction is for a very unique Victorian era multi-tier solid mahogany table from Scotland. This is a special table. You can't i magine how many tables I have seen in person and previewing sales online and I have Never Seen a Table Made like this one. It drips"Victorian" when you look at it. It has everything a top of the line true Victorian table should have on it. It has a pretty shaped beveled edge top as well as shaped beveled edge"side shelves" on each side and a very unique shaped beveled edge shelf. It has"fretwork" braces on each corner of the top and also on the side shelves. It has very pretty"carved knees" on the cabriolet legs tapering to spire type feet. It's wonderful to me. But I have always been a"Victorian Era" fan when it comes to furniture. What an entry table ... moreit would make for a small tp medium size foyer as well as a killer hall table. With the multi-shelves it has, there is planty of spce to display your'pretties" on. It would also make a nice window table as well as a side or lamp table or bedside table. The tables is 25 3/4" wide at it's widest point which are the edges os the two side shelves. It's 16" deep and 27 3/4" tall. The side or end shelves are both 13 1/2" X 6 1/2" and about 7 1/8" below the top. The bottom shelf is 19 1/4" X 12 5/8" and about 6" off the floor. The patina is a deep dark brown mahogany. There is No reddish tint to this table at all. The overall condition of the table is good, not pristine or excellent but good to very good. It is very stable and sturdy, there is No Rot or worm damage to this table. There is no telling how many times this table has been refinished or refurbished in the past 100 plus years. The finish on the table is good and ready to set out to use and enjoy. Beautiful well made table in very good original condition. Top is 26" diameter. Height is 27 1/4" It has a single deep pull out drawer and brass paw feet with claws. Drawer is well made as is the table. Top and sides are pretty much near perfect. Legs have some minor scuffs and scratches. The large center post you can see the glue joints where they put it together. The one leg has had a screw put in on the lower side so it must have been a little loose and someone tightened it up. You can't see it unless the table is upside down. It is sound and solid with no wobble. Leg spread is 19" closest toe to closest toe. No maker name that I can see. It is available here for local pick up only. To ship it would need disassembled with a cost of a minimum of $140 even by greyhound. Very minor surface wear may be found, nothing significant, and could probably easily be buffed out with a quick stain job. This table stands 42" tall and 25 1/2" in diameter at the largest tier. The second tier is 20 1/2" in diameter. And the top is 14 1/2" There is roughly 10" between the tiers. I am helping a friend sell this piece. It has been in his family for many many years. Beautiful late 1800s early 1900s mahogany table with 6 chairs and three leaves. The table is 56" round without any of the leaves. Each leaf is 11" so extended the table is about 90" I bought this table on an antique buying trip in Baltimore in 1986. My mother. Who was an antique dealer, really loved this table and persuaded me to buy it. It has served us well and is in good shape. A few dings here and there but well cared for considering its likely about 120 years old and has made many moves over the course of time. Without the leaves, its round and easily seats 4 and will accommodate 6. With the leaves, it extends to easily seat 12 people. Good folding legs on the ends of the table for support when extended. This auction is for a neat and well made Solid Mahogany Three(3) Tier Tea Cart or Tea Trolley from England with a removable top"serving tray" This is a well made cart with a victorian look to it. The frame. Shelves and braces are made out of Solid Mahogany and the shelves are attached to the frame with"wooden pegs" This cart may be much older than I think it is due to the constuction methods used in making it. I seldom ever see a tea cart that is pegged together. These also make neat"rolling bars" as well as an end or side table and even a cute entry piece with plenty of room to displa yitems on, These carts also can be used as a printer table for your computer printer with storage below for your paper. They also make great TV stands for the newer flat panel TV's with the bottom shelf used to hold your cable ... morebox, DVD player or gaming system on. It is in overall good condition and has nice eye appeal. It still rolls around well and all four wheels are still with it. It's 26 3/4" X 15 1/2" and about 31" tall overall. It's about 11 1/4" between the top shelf/tray and the middle shelf. It's about 11" between the middle and the bottom shelf. and the bottom shelf is about 6 1/2" off the floor. The removale tray is 26 3/4" X 15 1/5" and is bordered on all four sides. It has a dark blonde Mahogany Patina to it. It's a little darker in real life than what the pictures show, it looks almost like honey oak. It has some blemishes to the finish(light or dark spots or marks) nicks, dings& scratches to the top as well on the legs, braces and stretchers from normal use over the years. It has a spot where it looks like someone set a very hot pan or pot on it, but as you can also see, the placement of the lamp eliminated that problem. Most of the times placing a picture or vase or lamp will really help hide any blemishes on most items. For it's age and travels it's in overall good condition and ready to set out and use and enjoy.

You are bidding on a handmade Williamsburg style solid mahogany Queen Anne drop-leaf table. The Queen Anne styling of this elegant single drop-leaf table is seen in its graceful lines. Cabriole legs, and pad feet. This is a close copy of the Kittinger WA 1020 Williamsburg table, this table is a little larger than the Kittinger version. On this table the top and the drop-leaf are both one board, and when you raise the leaf it appears to me that they may both have been cut from the same wide board, which would have made that board 30" wide. The pictures do a fairly good job of showing the grain in the top of this table, which is beautiful.
