This 1920s ISIS German industrial cast iron drafting table is all complete and in great condition. It features the original pencil tray. Drafting arm, 5” locking casers, C clamps for holding down an art board with a smooth surface. The counter weights are perfectly balanced for ease of motion when raising, lowering, or tilting the top. The top can be angled horizontally flat, vertically straight, and everything in between. It also features a foot peddle for locking-in the correct height of the table and a hand knob for locking-in the correct angle. Although these tables are typically heavy and difficult to move, the wheels make ease of movement simple and quick. Vintage Stacor Industrial Drafting Table 38"x60" Tilts/Height Adjusts Deco
MUST PICK UP HERE OR ARRANGE YOUR OWN SHIPPING. I WILL NOT PACK IT. I would also deliver within 100 miles for $200 but will not carry it up any steps. It will take 2 people to handle it. Also please note that I have the board on wrong for the pictures. It needs spun 180 degrees. It is heavy. The board alone weighs 53 lbs and the base is at least another 200 lbs-feels more like 250 lbs to me. It has some light rust and needs cleaned up. Most of the board is in good shape but there are 2 gouges in it that are 1" to 1 1/4" down from what should be the top edge. There is an electrical outlet on the one side that accepts 3 plugs. This needs new wiring run to it as the old wiring looks rough. When set with the wood table horizontal the height adjusts from 36 1/2" fully down to 45 1/2" fully up. It also may be tilted 90 degrees. ... moreTilt and height are controlled by the 2 step pedals on the bottom and both the tilt and height stay in place once you set them. The board itself is 1" thick by 60 1/4" long by 38" deep. Counting the metal strips on the bottom it is 40 1/2" deep. The metal table top underneath is 32 1/4" tall by 18 1/4" deep by 48 1/4" long. You'll probably want to hit the top with a sander and recoat it before use. There are a few tack holes but not many. Also you'll want to replace some of the wood screws that hold the top fast to the frame with the next size bigger screw as a couple of the holes are worn some. With the aluminum dress up strips on the base I would figure the age as around the 1940's/ Red label reads Stacor Newark NJ. If you would like to pick up my zipcode is 17363. Here's a vintage E.H. Sheldon drafting table from the 1930's. It is a great candidate for restoration. When I purchased it some years ago it came with some extra pieces shown in the photo. It was made sturdy. As you will see if you google some of the old EH sheldon ads from the'30's. The drawers are dovetailed. The top of one of the drawers has been cracked off, but the piece has been saved and coud easily be glued back on. The rear of the cabinet has a hole in it as seen in the pic. Antique Mechanical Age Vintage Industrial Cast Iron Drafting Table. I bought this drafting table from a individual who inheriated it from his grandfather who intern recieved it from a dayton Ohio firm when he retired in the early 60's so the story goes. The drafting table does not show any lableing regarding the manufacture but it is clearly an antique. The diminsions: Table Top 60" Long x 36" Wide x 1" Thick. When cranked all the way down with the table top flat it sit approximately 35" above the floor. When cranked all the way up with the table top flat it sit approximately 47" above the floor. To raise and lower the drafting you release the pressure by turning a spicket type handle see picture number 9. Then you turn the wheel see picture 9 and then 11 for close up. Once you have the drafting table at the desired ... moreheight you turn the spicket clockwise to apply pressure to the mechanism to secure the desired height. The drafting table angles approximately 80 degrees in both directions. Again you use a spicket type handel see picture 10 turning counterclockwise which releases the pressure on the drafting table top mechinism then you push or lift the drafting table top to the angle you want and then you turn the spicket handle clockwise to to apply pressure to secure the angle of the drafting table top. This antique table came out of an old warehouse. I believe it was used in a early newspaper office. The manufacture is Western Electric. I did some research and found no other desk or drafting tables that compares to this unrestored pc. I think it had been stored for years and has a great patina consistent with the age and use. The wood has ink stains, small surface scratches, all marks are minor please examine photos closely. I'm sure it will clean up beautifully and will add class and charm to any home, office, or museum. Top Here we have a very nice vintage 1920-40's era Keuffel Esser drafting architects table in solid oak with I presume a birch top board. The table measures 70.5" wide. By 36.5" deep, and stands 38" tall, though it can be lowered about 3" by removing the original oak blocks that fit into the bottom of each leg if desired. The table was made by Keuffel& Esser and is so labeled with their brass tag. There are also a number of other tags and decals applied, as this was used at Wright Patterson Air Force Base during or just prior to WWII. There are two drawers at top one wide and one smaller, as well as an oak Keuffel Esser four drawer file to the right side that is just mounted with a few screws. The table breaks down easily, and the parts ... moreare assembled with large nuts and bolts. The condition is excellent considering it's age and use, and save for minor blemishes to top and some ink stains, etc. to drawer it's ready to use. I am including a small wooden stool that was with it when we moved into our house. It is fairly clean and looks like it was well cared for. We inherited with the home we purchased. The previous owners were an artist and engineer but it mostly was used for artwork but shows very little wear. From my research it looks like it is from the 1930's collection by Hamilton company. The model# on the back of it says 49J1-J9005-64 as seen in the picture. There is a large plastic top piece that can be removed but I think has protected the wood. Antique Drafting Table An all-original cast iron and wood drawing stand/drafting table. The solid wood top measures 21¼" x 23¼" and tilts up and lies flat. With the table flat the adjustable height is from approximately 23" to 41½" above finished floor. I cannot read what the company name on the label but it was made in Chicago. Everything works well and the condition is good with minor imperfections due to age and wear with minor oxidation and usage marks in the wood. The cast iron is free from chips, breaks or repairs and has some minor paint loss.

The top of the work table has shallow scratches. Other than that, this piece is in good condition and moves freely to tilt. There are two spots on the base that seem to be where a plate or tag of some sort was attached by the manufacturer. One is circular like that used by Frederick Post company, the other is rectangular(please see photos) however I cannot find anywhere indicating the manufacturer, although the style is similar to Post tables. I am unsure of the type of wood, it looks like oak, but the base is a bit darker than the top, unless the top has been refinished at some point. Vintage c1930s Oak & Maple 5 Ft Drafting Table Restored Drawer Original Hardware
This old drafting table from the 1930s has an oak base and 1” steel enforced solid maple top with oak trim in excellent vintage condition. It is a sturdy piece and is a mix of tiger and flat cut oak. I believe it was manufactured by Mayline. There is also a rolling 48” straight that is stamped Mayline. I will include that along with the wire that it came with. The table measures 5’w x 37 1/2”d and is 31 1/4”h when the top is flat. It features a drawer which has the original cup pull and lock and key that works. It does show some signs of wear which is consistent with age and use and there are a few nicks and one deep stain in the top which I look at as a character adding bonus. It completely disassembles for easy transport. This would be a great piece to use as a dining table or kitchen work area and would be a perfect addition to your industrial ... moredécor. Vintage Signed ANCO Drafting Architects Table Easel Adjustable
Vintage signed Anco Architects or drafting table. It was used as an easel and is very decorative as is. It is adjustable with all cast iron adjustments. In the photo it measures 33" high and would adjust to about another 11" The top itself measures 31" by 42" The cast iron parts appear to work well. The top is made of boards and there is a small space between 2 boards on the end as shown in photo. I think the wood on the base is oak and it's heavy. It does come apart for moving it if needed. It has a metal Anco tag tacked on the base. Very nice quality.

Hamilton 1930s Vintage Drafting Table w/stool
Early 1900s(circa 1930s) vintage drafting table by Hamilton with an oak base. Maple top and cast iron hardware that allows for height adjustment from 33" to 48, and tilting of top in both directions to a specified number of degrees. Comes with stool shown in picture. Still in good, workable condition. Would look great if someone knows how to polish or buff this type of sturdy wood. Sometimes it tilts too far to one side so I used it for my work by just leaning it against the wall and it was fine. The table top has marks and scratches from use and age, but I placed plastic mats over it to work on which I still have. Great sturdy vintage table! Vintage Antique Architects Drafting Table with Industrial Cast Iron Base
This Cast Iron Architect’s Table has a 36 in. by 42 in. wood top. The base is 27 ½ in. by 37 in. with an overall length of 43 in. when measured at the handle. The height extends from about 38 in. to 48 in. and the surface can be tilted. About a hundred years old. It is in good sturdy working condition with these signs of wear: The wood top is solid with marks, scuffs, and stains with a very slight warp to the surface. The base has paint loss and a tight crack in the casting that does not affect its function or strength. One locking handle was replaced by a bolt and can be adjusted with a wrench. A foot has a chip on the bottom but is still sturdy. The handle was not painted and may be an early replacement. Please look at the photos for condition and email any questions. Raises and lowers by loosening the handles, 180 degree pivot-able, secure, well built, the top itself appears to be birdseye(pls see pic of the wood) but not really sure. diameter of top is 1" it is 40x31" in size; table height goes from 31" to approx. 41" when fully raised; the American Drafting Furniture medallion is secured and in great condition; I base the age on an ad I found online that looks to have this in their 1916 catalog. The wood is in great shape, I do not know if this was refinished, it may be original, I honestly do not know. There is one end where there is some white residue, this may have been some glue used to assist in securing, it is possibly removable- I just left ... moreit alone.
