Fantastic find from garment factory. Small mobile storage. Basically an 18" cube on wheels. Great industrial green color, heavy"waxed" fiberboard. Incredibly strong and light. Metal edging around open top perimeter. Rivets down side.Signed by maker as shown in pic. This is vintage so definitely shows signs of use. Rolls well! Clean- no grease or industrial residues. These were always used for fabric. I have several so let me know if you need more than one. They make GREAT side tables if you want to repurpose them. Add glass or weathered wood for a top! Vintage Maple Rolling Drop Leaf Tea Cart With Drop Handle And Wooden Wheels
This listing is for a very neat solid maple rolling tea cart. There is no makers mark on it. Drop leaf design. A leaf folds out on each side. The drop handle either hangs or folds up for pushing the cart. It has latches to keep it in place. The back wheels are wonderful.they're solid wood with a rubber piece along the outside. They actually have a wooden peg holding them on! The front wheels are regular castors. The wheels are squeaky but probably just need oiling. The top does need some minor refinishing as can be seen in the pictures. The flaws are just surface however and this would be a very simple job. This vintage industrial table is heavy duty and versatile. It has attractive solid copper corners and post tops. Unpainted metal legs with folding supports on each end. The wood surface has been completely cleaned. Sanded, stained, and varnished to preserve color. there is definitely some signs of use with scuffs, scratches, and worn spots in the wood. The tabletop measures 55 1/4" Wide x 19" Deep. The tabletop stands at a height of 22" The table top rests on the base and the base folds up flat. The base measurements itself are 43" wide x 21" high and 19" deep. The table is a heavy inch thick, and is considered over sized so shipping will be high.
