This is a really pretty mahogany gate leg drop leaf occasional table circa 1910. The table the perfect size to use as an end table in the living room or bedroom. The table measures 26 1/2" long. 11 1/2" wide, and 26" tall when closed. When open the measurements are 33" x 26 1/2" oval and 26" tall. There is a 6 1/4" x 17 1/4" deep storage drawer. This is a gorgeous antique dining room table. It is made of mahogany in the"Duncan Phyfe" neo-classical style with a double(dog. Lion, deer? It was made in the 1930's, I believe. It is 60 inches long by 48 inches wide and includes a metal ring style pullout for a 12 inch leaf which brings it to 72 inches. Very Good condition and Sturdy. Some scratches but nothing significant- Restore-a-Finish will quickly bring the luster back. I hate to sell it. But it doesn't fit in my new place and I've got nowhere to store it. I am selling a beautiful mahogany(what we think is mahogany) tilt-top table that has been in my family for many years. I am not sure of it's exact age. Or if it is an original or reproduction. It is well-made, no cracks or nicks, nor signs of previous repairs. There are signs of normal wear and tear in the finish, which I have tried to show in the pictures. A Frame Machine Base Dining Table with Mahogany Benches / Vintage Industrial
This auction is for 1 table and 2 benches as pictured I have a love for the old cast iron bases made from the late 1800s to the 1940s. So I designed and built the A Frame to emulate them. The table base is made out of heavy gauge steel and aged to perfection. It has two connecting rods with large nuts that support and join the bases. The top is made of solid 2" mahogany and is trimmed with a metal riveted edge. The benches are made from the same 2" mahogany and have matching connecting rods. This table is built to last several lifetimes. And is made in America at our shop in downtown Phoenix. We build these to order and have a lead time of 8-14 weeks. Antique Mahogany Vintage Pedestal Table with Brass Claw Feet by Imperial This table was aquired used in Chicago in the 70's and served in a one person print shop for over a decade. Hence the ink all over it. Then it was a lamp table until now. All the wood is tight. There are no loose wood parts. Approximate measurements: 26 inch diamter. 28 inches tall The current finish predates the print shop. As it is under all the ink spots. The finish is likely not factory since it is splattered atop the signature. the amount of varnish is obscene! I cannot make out the signature. Any ideas? I'd love to hear them! Shoot me an email! Vintage Two-Tiered Pie Crust End Table, mahogany, excellent condition, 1920-30s
This is a two-tiered pie crust end table that has been in the family since the 1940s. I suspect that it wasn't new when it arrived. It is mahogany. It stands 29 inches high. The diameter of the top shelf is just over a foot, the bottom is about 19 inches. The finish is superb; there is a small chink on the top shelf(shown in one of the photos) and the feet, which never had brass guards, have a few scuffs, but it would not require any refinishing. The undersides of the shelves are nicely oxidized. There is a number across the bottom shelf, but no tag or plate to indicate a maker. This auction is for an older petite and neat Double Drop Leaf Table made out od solid mahogany from England. This is the smallest Mahogany Double Drop Leaf Table that I have ever seen. It's just a very small& petite"tea table" that made it's way out of England. It's small. Super cute and has been around for a long, long time. Most of this type and size of table was used at"tea time" in England. They would be set up for"tes& crumpets" then taken down and set aside until needed again. because of it's small& petite size, it could go in any room of your home. It could be used as an end table, side table or window table. It's a neat item that would add interest& charm to any room in your home. It has a dark reddish mahogany patina to it. It's'foot print is 18 1/2" wide ... moreand 11 1/8" deep and 18 5/8" tall overall. The top. When folded is 6 1/2" X 20 7/8" With one leaf opened, it's 14 3/8" X 20 7/8" and 18 5/8" tall. There is No Rot or Worm damage to any of the wood. When this table was made. It had the round metal type inserts under the feet, they have been removed and felt type material has been placed there. Antique mahogany? pie or cake folding stand table. I believe this to be mahognay. It measures 30 inches tall and features three tiers of shelves to hold pies or cakes. The individual tiers measure 8-1/4 by 10 inches in diameter and have an inner circle of wood to hold pastry in place. Features 4 dowel type legs and folds to fit flat against wall. In good condition for it's age with no damage. A beautiful antique pie stand. All items come from a smoke free home. Offered is a beautiful vintage Kittinger mahogany leather inlaid with gold motif coffee table. This lovely table rests on small brass caster finials. It measures 42" long x 20" wide x 19" high. Single deep drawer flanked by two side slots for storage. The leather top is in very nice shape. There is one 3" scratch/gouge on one side as seen in the pics. Otherwise very fine and the wood/brass/and drawer is in top well cared for shape. Preferably this will be for free local pick up here in Santa Barbara.
