Antique mahogany dining table with drop leafs and gate legs. There is no maker's mark. But I believe it is from the 1940s. Two standard size side chairs can slide underneath on the ends with leafs down. With both leafs up it can seat 8 comfortably, 10 possible. There is one watermark on a leaf(see pic 4) And the top of one leg has some splitting that needs repairing(see last pic) Other than that there are some light scuffs and scratches, normal for a table of this age. I have a full set of custom table pads that will be included. With both leaves in the closed position the table is 11 1/2" x 24" x 28" tall. Each leaf is about is about 11 1/4" With both leaves open the table measures 35" x 24" x 28" tall. The top of the table is quarter sawn tiger oak. The original finish has been top coated with hand rubbed shellac. The top has been restored. Shellac has been applied too the top along with hand rubbed and polished paste wax. The table is in very good pre-owned antique condition.
