It has heavy patina on the ... moreback of both brass trays. There is patina around all of the sides of the brass and in spots on the carved scenes. The wooden stand is in very good condition. It has some patina on the metal hinges. One of the legs has a missing supporting piece(about a 1 inch long little piece of wood) This piece can use some heavy cleaning. This table would have supported a lamp. This lamp is not included. Pleasingly solid brass trays are supported by a folding base to produce a two tier table. The piece is suitable both for permanent location or as on occasional table. When in folded position the table assumes very little space and can be slid under a sofa or such; in addition the gorgeous solid trays may be used on their own for serving and display purposes. The base is a six leg folding design with dragons head carvings to the upper. The trays display wonderful scense with floral and foliate detailing to the perimeter and a central engraving featuring oriental characters in traditional dress. Overall this peice of furniture is in good condition and will make a great addition to any setting. 20" tall approximately 17" width 10" wide lower tray 14" wide upper tray We are a non-profit store and this was a donation. We are fairly certain this is not a reproduction piece and is truly from the 1930's. We do not know much about this piece except for a previous Ebay listing of a very similar item that sold in the UK in Sept. 2012. Arts& Crafts Period Folding Table~Top is 23 1/4” in diameter and the legs 26” high. Unsure of the wood but it does have a dark finish.it looks like oak and is ½” thick. The“X-frame” legs are neat. Table top lifts off and the legs fold very compact for easy storage. Great piece with lots of possibilities. There are two knobs on either side to hold the table top when it is stored…one looks like it has been glued. Do not know if its origin or age. This is a neat table with lots of possibilities. Heavy crewel embroidery– Art Deco or Arts and Crafts era styling– embroidered Christmas ornaments encircle the center with additional embroidery on the edges of all 4 side pieces. It looks to me that an antique Christmas feather tree would be put on a table stand and that the four flaps of this spectacular cloth would drape on all 4 sides. old Arts & Crafts Table Lamp copper & brass art deco design- recently rewired
original old arts& crafts table lamp in brass and copper art deco design. the lamp is 28 1/2 inches tall. The base is 6 1/2 inches square. it has recently been rewired so it is safe to use. there are 2 sockets for light bulbs with pull chains. no shade is included, there is a square hole at the top(see photo 4) for many years I used an old large screw to attach a lampshade onto the lamp. there is the original old felt on the bottom, I didn't want to completely remove the felt so I don't know if there's a makers mark on the bottom. when I first bought this from a dealer 35 years ago, I thought it might be Heintz but that's just a guess. there's a bit of white brass polish residue in the grooves, it could be polished further. quite heavy so it can't be knocked over easily. great looking design and a rare lamp.

This way cool period lamp is adjustable and will convert to a wall lamp or a table lamp. The brass has a very nice aged patina. Lamp has normal wear from age and use. Vintage brown drip glaze art pottery table lamp, arts and crafts, deco ?
1920's-1940s art pottery table lamp. Art Deco period. It is unmarked as far as i can tell, i removed the felt bottom to check and photograph. Table lamp has two handles. Each with 2 finger circle spacez. Pretty design in the pottery. Looks like a brown brush and drip glaze, but I'm really not sure. The pottery is in excellent condition. It has very old wiring. Probably original, and should be replaced for use or atleast taped with electrical tape, as the wire is exposed in a few places. It does work. It has the red and black bakelie push buttons. lamp measures about 9 1/2" to the top of the fixture. About 7" across the middle. Arts&Crafts.Nouveau,Deco 1919 Slag Glass Octopus Parlor Table Lamp Brooklyn NY This is a remarkable antique lamp with stunning shape and proportions. Made by the Lion Electrical Appliance Co. in Brooklyn. NY, which ultimately became Lion Electric Mfg Co in the 20's. It is a great 2-bulb lamp with very substantial weight and incredible detail. The octopus in filigree work is particularly attractive. There is one piece of glass that had masking tape on it behind the filigree. I took it out of the shade, but it is not very legible, see pic below. The lamp is in really great shape for its age. It does have some minor issues though, there are a couple tabs broken off the edge of the shade(pieces will be included so you can attach or repair if desired) there is also one minor piece of the filigree missing that I do not have(see pics) It ... morehas gilt and paint wear typical of age. And the rod that the shade and finial go on looks slightly bent and the lamp will need a good cleaning, I did not clean it to keep from damaging the original finish. All the pieces of glass are whole, without cracks, some may have some chips on inside hidden edges, does not effect it structurally or cosmetically. I work in CAD software until I am pleased with the core layout, then I mimic the clock face design in the lattice work of the clock’s base. I have the face printed on high quality photographic paper. This clock body is made of 50 individual pieces of figured rock maple and is built with true through mortise and tenon joints.
