The metal detailing throughout is stunning. The footing I’ve never seen. The latches say“patd 79” and the middle plate says. Patd May 54 and April 73. Hence, this is pre-1880. The inside is rough but it still has all the Victorian inserts! The inserts are in really tough shape, ripped, water damaged but it’s all there. The entire drawer/insert comes out.
