This is a great piece of vintage furniture. We’re uncertain what type of wood(possibly walnut? it is and we don’t think the handles. Although porcelain, are original to the piece. It measures about 37” tall(it’s on casters and therefore it moves easily) x 36” wide and 20” deep. The drawers are each 27” long x 15-1/2” wide. The top drawer is 5-3/4” deep. The middle is 6-3/4” deep, and the third is 7-3/4” deep. A piece of the scroll work is missing from the front. You could use the remaining piece as a pattern and make another or remove the one on the right. Actually. I used it just as it is and never thought twice about it. The stain on this piece is very pretty. The top is marked. It could be re-stained or you could put a nice piece of marble or granite on it. Vintage/Antique Victorian Dining Table and Six(6) Chairs- needs work This dining set belonged to my mother. But I would imagine that she purchased it at an antique auction at some point. She used it in her dining room for several years, but for the last one year it has been unused and in the barn. I do not know the age or history of the set, and I do not know for sure what kind of wood it is. I think it is oak. The six(6) chairs include five(5) side chairs and one(1) captain's chair with arms. The five chairs are 40" tall to the top of the back. 18" wide across the front of the chair, 15.5" wide across the back of the chair, and the seat is 18" deep. The captain's chair is 20.75" wide across the front and 17.5" across the back. Otherwise it is the same as the other chairs. All chairs need new upholstery ... moreand new seating but structurally are fairly sound. Decoratively they have some issues with the scroll work which I will attempt to describe. I have put paper numbers in the seats of the chairs to help me remember which ones are which. In one picture, I showed a close up of the top front of chair number six because it has the most damage of them all. It is missing some scroll work and the wood is faded out and dry with some separation of the veneer layers in the top of the back of the chair. None of the other chairs have this much scroll work missing and the condition of the wood on all the other chairs is in much better shape than this particular one. The captain's chair has a small amount of scroll work coming off. Chair#2 has some scroll work missing at the top front, a chip in the veneer at the top back, and a small amount of veneer separation. Some of the corners in back are a little scuffed up as well. Chair#3 has scroll work missing at the top, a chip in the veneer and a small chip on the side of the chair. Chair#4 has some scroll work missing and a chip in the veneer at the top back of the chair. Chair# 5 just has some scroll work missing. Again, none of the chairs

If you want cool furniture in your house unlike anything people are going to see in the stores. These two couches were found and then re-upholstered for use in our living room. We acquired them 12 years ago. Clean and nice. Very comfortable. We believe these are about 100 years old. The end of the couches can be lowered to form some sort of a victorian day bed. Its not how we used them but that was the original design. For us it was just two nice couches. This is pick up only in the Chicago Suburb of Oak Park. Vintage Victorian Style Mahogany Marble Top Side Parlor Table Plant Fern Stand C
This Victorian style marble top table is a reproduction. And was made in the 1940's- 1950's. We currently have three of these stands listed here on e-Bay and I believe that this is the better of the three. This quality piece of furniture has a good look about it. The marble top is Carrara marble from Italy and has a nicely beveled edge around it. It rests upon the mahogany base without being attached to it with hardware. This allows you to lift the marble off of the base, exposing the hollow cavity on the top and base, which you can use for storage of small items. Inside this cavity, the stand is marked"Victorian" with an impressed stamp. The base is beautifully styled and made of mahogany. It has four shapely legs, which have beveled edges and button plugs covering the mounting hardware. The turned central post is vase-like, ... moreand the wooden top has two routered channels encircling the piece, to further enhance its look. The piece measures 18 3/4" tall by 14" wide. The piece is roughly 60 years old and is not"show room perfect" due to normal use and wear over time. It has some bumps and bruises on the mahogany base. Which we have attempted to capture in the last of the close-up photos, as well as some light scratches, staining, and rough spots on the marble top, which we have also attempted to photograph. These small blemishes and minor abrasions do not detract from the piece in any way, rather giving it additional character, if even seen or noticed at all. Please review all of the photographs for additional condition reporting and feel free to ask any questions that you may have prior to purchasing. Also. Please take a look at the matching pair of tables that we also have currently listed individually. We shall take the time and effort to place the marble top into its own smaller box after wrapping it, and place this inside the master carton with the base, in order to offer better protection to both pieces while in-transit. Wonderful Hardwood coffee table in great condition. This table stands 18" tall and has a nice 36" by 18" top surface. I am not sure of the wood type. Please see photos for that. The table is all original with the exception of updated screws on the legs. The second owner removed the original ones for moving and lost them. The wood carving is all complete and in good condition. The feet have VERY minor scratches from normal use over the years. The ONLY damages I see is on the corner, some veneer has came off. In addition to that, I believe the top has a weird discoloration, some say it is in the wood grain and others say it got wet. I cannot tell personally if this is damage or original. The tables are in gothic condition, meaning they have some patina and small chips throughout. All depicted! The largest table has an 18 inch top at its largest point. This is a wonderful vintage drop leaf mahogany table with 6 matching chairs. All fully functional and sturdy. But shows some wear from age and use.
