Mid Century Ficks Reed Bamboo Rattan Dresser or Server
Up for sale is a Mid century Ficks Reed dresser or server. Nice vintage condition with normal wear scratches and scrapes. There is a little alligation to the finish. Very sturdy heavy piece. The piece is 35" high x 18 3/4" deep x 48 3/4" wide. The color is more like the second picture. Some of the pictures turned out a little redder than it actually is. Under neath one drawer handles are small filled holes possibly from replacement of the handle at the time of manufacture. It doesn't show when looking at the dresser. Brasilia Mid Century Dresser / Credenza / Server
Right out of the 60’s comes this Broyhill Brasilia dresser. Credenza, server. It is in amazing shape, with the exception of a minor surface scratch on the top near the corner. Other than that,there are no missing chips of wood or missing veneer. This is solid and very heavy. We have not touched this piece yet, with either stain or paint. It sits 66 long, 19 deep and 31 tall. There are a pair of matching arch mirrors and a pair of end tables for sale, in a separate post. Beautiful walnut mid century Danish Modern Server/ Credenza. The sideboard measures about 64" long x 19" deep x 31" tall. The server has a rattan type material insert on the doors with brass pulls. There are three hidden pull out drawers on the left side and three exposed drawers on the right side. The sides of the chest have Danish influenced off-set floating columns. The piece is in very good pre-owned condition. The original finish has been cleaned. Waxed and polished. The top has very light scratches from normal use and age. Excellent quality, high end construction. Beautiful walnut grain. I could not find a maker mark, but the piece is in the Dunbar/ Drexel/ Broyhill style.
