Overall and including the gathered black silk edging it measures about 20” x 19” square and just the cushion measures about 16” square. This is a very old delicate silk textile so there is some splitting to the black edging(see last picture) but the main dusty salmon fabric used for the top and bottom seat area is a tiny bit thicker silk fabric and looks wonderfully good. The only other thing I can find wrong is the bottom side has a faint soiling(Reversible and I'm listing it in as is as estate found condition) Without close examination you really don't notice the black silk splitting and as you can see in the first picture it has a wonderful visual affect perfect for a chair seldom used.
