This fainting sofa measures 77 inches long.28 inches wide and 31 inches in height at the head-rest, with the seat portion measuring 21 inches in height and this piece weighs approximately 100 lbs. This listing is for a mid-century. Vintage couch or sofa. Brand is A. Brandt Ranch Oak. It is so sturdy and well-made! It has the original fabric covering, which a blue/cream/ombre stripe style, please view photos. The photo of the back of the couch shows some yellow, but that is just the camera. The fabric looks itchy, but it is not. The cushions could use a good steam cleaning, to brighten, as the back of the couch looks brighter than the cushions. This well-made couch is so comfortable. It is sturdy, but easily moved, even on carpeting, as it has 4 rollers underneath. The sides of the couch are interesting with lattice-style design sides. Parts of the black covering on the bottom of the couch has ripped away from the staples, but we reattached some of it, but could use a few more staples to hold the black fabric more securely. Super wonderful ... morepiece from the 1960-early 1970s, I believe. Measurements of this couch/sofa are about 80 inches in length, depth is about 33 inches, and height is about 30 inches. Refinished Antique Oak Recycled Leather Fainting Couch Chaise Lounge Sofa - Nice
Restored antique Victorian style fainting couch with matte black recycled leather upholstery and matching pillow. Oak base with castors and a matte scale recycled leather covering that is plush. Durable and comfortable secured with round head tacks. Fantastic old look. This is a very old couch(not sure of the age- but you can see the styling) and I have much more money into the restoration than what I am asking for the couch. I just don't have the room and have never used it. It needs to go to a good home. MUST SELL! Measurements are approximately 79" L) X 30" H) X 30" W) This couch underwent a complete restoration a few years ago. The old upholstery was removed and redone- the wood frame was refinished and stained. Condition is very good overall with only minor imperfections in the leather(rub marks from moving around ... moreand some"catch" areas) and the oak has a few rub marks and cracks in the legs- but all consistent with age. No rips or tears and the upholstery is beautiful. All wood is original and was recently stained upon restoration. Castors were added. The original upholstery was in bad condition so I was able to save this piece by completely restoring it. Recycled leather is in perfect condition as this couch has not been used at all and stored in a nonsmoking environment. Wonderful antique furniture piece that is suited for everyday use. THIS COUCH HAS NEVER BEEN USED AND ALWAYS STORED INDOORS IN A NON-SMOKING ENVIRONMENT This is a pick up only item- located in Lena. From a four-chair sofa, a three-chair sofa, a two chair sofa/loveseat, and a sectional that has one chair on one side of the triangular loveseat and a long side made up of three chairs. The other interesting feature with this set is that the original upholstered cushions are in fine condition but the previous owner had the cushions reupholstered with zip-on and off slip-covers. So, you can choose which upholstery you prefer. All pieces signed with Ranch Oak tags. CONDITION The legs all have about an inch of staining on the bottom where there was a water issue in storage at some point. A few legs have missing veneer strips on the rear sides so not visible(see photos) and not compromising stability. The triangular centerpiece has a leg which doesn't touch the ground so it is currently wobbly. We think someone removed the legs at some point and perhaps reattached one at a bad angle or shortened a leg for some reason. At any rate. One leg will need to be fixed or replaced so this piece

Art& Crafts Mission Oak 1905 Antique Sofa. Authentic furniture from the Arts and Crafts or Mission Oak period about 1905. This sofa has a quarter sawn oak frame. The old satiny finish is in very fine condition with minor mars at the edges. Waxed and buffed. Only an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth is needed to maintain its antique patina. Upholstery is recent. There are spots on the tops of the seat cushions and a rip on the cording of the reverse side, see photos. Soft fabric is not worn, the seat is firm and comfortable.
