Up for auction is a vintage beaded purse in gold and black. This purse has a unique and gorgeous pattern on the beads. The clasp is ornate. The inside is lined. There was a label but it is not there anymore so I am not sure of the maker. The chain measures 26 inches. The purse without the chain is 8 inches long and 4 1/2 inches wide. The condition is excellent with every bead in place and the clasp working perfectly. The inside liner is not torn or worn. A very nice piece! Antique Brass Arts & Crafts Table Lamp w/ Caramel Slag Shade & Beaded Fringe
This is an antique arts and crafts style lamp with matching brass base and brass shade. Both with die cut floral patterns. There are four caramel slag glass panels inside the shade frame, all in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or repairs. The brass shade frame has some slight bends at the corners, and there are two breaks in the thin filigree of the decorative top edge along with some partial separation in the corners of the top edge. The damage is not very noticeable and does not affect the integrity of the lamp shade. The beading around the bottom of the shade looks original, the beads are glass with some damage(a few are broken, or chipped and some are missing) There are a few strands of beads missing, but I saved a few(pictured) that I will include in a separate bag for repair. The base is contoured die cut brass over a plaster ... morecenter entirely finished in black with tiny green flecks. Some of the black finish is worn from the edges and around the flower designs exposing the gold brass underneath. The lamp is unmarked as far as I can tell. The cord is cloth covered but in excellent like-new condition. The lamp measures 19" H including the shade. And the shade is 13" wide. It will be wrapped very well, double boxed, and insured during shipping.

Antique Victorian Beaded Purse with Leather Lining & Brass Fixtures
For consideration is the antique lovely beaded handbag. This purse has a leather lining. Which I believe dates it to the late 1800's/early 1900's. There are some beads missing from the fringe, but they could be preserved. The fringe could be removed completely and the purse would still be beautiful. as shown in second picture) I didn't want to alter the original condition, as this purse may be even older than what I estimate. One of the inside hinges came apart. I kept this purse in a frame and didn't use it. The purse also doesn't latch closed.

Shade is carved and beaded but I have no idea what material it's made of. It's very heavy. I purchased at a vintage shop and had no tags. Light works great. Uses small night light type bulb. Bulb not included. There are some scratches on lamp base. Shade is in great condition. It's hand tied with wire. This shade is very nice and unique. I wish I knew more. Please see pics.

nice little brass lamp in the shape of a lilies with a small hand stitched silk and metallic lace shade. shade has 6 sides and each panel has a different kind of metallic lace and metallic bride trim. the silk lining is white. the fringe is antique copper gold cut seed beads and crystal. shade is a sampler of various different laces and trims. the shade is 4 inches tall not counting the fringe and 2 1/2 inches across at the top and 4 inches across at the bottom. the fringe is 1 1/2 inches long at the longest point. the lamp is like a candel sitting in a lilies and is 10 inches tall with out shade and 10 3/4 inches tall with the shade. the base of the lamp is curved around and 3 inches across. it is quite heavy. as it appears to be solid brass. the wiring and socket are new. the shade is hand stitched with two layers of white silk before the ... moregold and silver lace is sewn on. it will not give out a lot of light how ever it will create a nice mood light. Hand stitched shades are rare any more because of the amount of time it takes to put them together. they are stronger and better in humid climates then glued shades. The set consists of 2 brass knobs, 2 brass escutcheons, 1 iron mortise lock with brass faceplate, 2 working keys, 1 brass strike plate for the door jamb, and 1 spindle with 2 setscrews. All brass parts are solid, brass, not plated steel. The knobs and escutcheons have lovely oval forms. Embellished with bold, beaded borders. The set was found with a beautiful patina. Which we didn't want to disturb. However, if you like you hardware bright and shiny, we could clean and polish the set for an additional charge of $30- email us after the auction. All parts are in great shape with only the typical nicks and scratches that you would expect to find on century-old hardware. ... moreHowever. There are no breaks, cracks, chips, dents, or gouges. About the lock: The lock is reversible and could accommodate the swing of any door. The buttons on the lock faceplate control a function. Which disables/enables the exterior knob from turning. Once the bottom button is depressed, the exterior knob will not turn, and the upper latch will remain extended, in the locked position. In essence, the upper latch acts as a deadbolt and provides an extra level of security from anyone on the outside of the door. Once the exterior knob is frozen, and the door is shut, the only way to retract the upper latch is by using the key for the top keyhole, or by turning the interior knob. This is a very convenient feature for the person inside of the house/room. No more locking and unlocking to let someone in. Simply turn the knob, open the door, let someone in, close the door and it's already locked. To disable the auto-lock feature, simply push the top button. We opened and inspected the lock. VINTAGE GLASS BLACK BEADED FLAPPER PURSE WITH BRASS DECORATIVE HANDLES METAL CH
I don't know the age of this purse. But have found it very beautiful! I got the purse at an estate sale and there was no information that came with it, so I will do my best to describe it. The purse measures 5" x 6" It is Black Beaded with what I believe are glass black beads that are sewn together very loosely. From what I can see. There are some of these beads missing. One side of the purse seems to fully intact, the other side looks as the thread is getting very old& coming undone in spots. The top of the purse is made of brass that has etching on it and flowers that you can see in between, and that is also where the body of the purse is sewn to the brass handles. There is a kiss closer on the very top with a 14" metal chain for carrying. Each link in the chain measures 1/4" and where this chain connects to ... morethe purse, there are brass openings the chain connects too which also has etching on them. The purse is lined, with silk that once used to be a very pretty blue green but has now faded, and dirty. The lining is finished off around the handle area with a unique trim to make it look more of a plush finish. The lining is fully intact except in one small area at the unique trim area of about 1 1/4" near the kiss closer. It's a little hard to see. The kiss closer looks like they are acorns. I have not done anything to clean this purse or to try and fix the lining at all. Please email with any questions and I will answer if possible.
