Thank you for visiting Sweet Home Chicago Antiques! This listing is for a Henley Oneida Community meat platter. Circa post 1940. The platter features a recessed"tree" and a lovely faux-gadroon rim featuring leaves in an oxidized finish. This is really a pretty piece. There are no dents. And the four scrolled feet are firmly attached to the body. There is minor plate wear in places on the inside of the tray commensurate to age and use. Obviously this isn't seen when the platter is laden with your entree. Overall the platter measures 18-1/8" long by 12-1/4" wide. The Holiday season is swiftly approaching. And this will make a beautiful presentation on your buffet or table! We pack carefully and ship promptly. So you can feel free to bid with confidence! We have a non-smoking home. This is a really swell silverplate charger that was made by Oneida Community Ltd. The pattern is called Gala and it is an Art Nouveau design of a Poppy. There are some issues but if you cover them with sandwiches and tea cakes or cookies they will look fabulous. It is 12 inches across. A great addition to your fine dining. For sale are six 7 3/4" plates backstamped Oneida Community. Five of the plates have the Yahnundasis Golf Club emblem on the rim as pictured. The plate standing up is also inscribed Twenty Third Annual Tournament August 6-8 1931 Second Sixteen, Winner Beaten Eight. The 1931 is hard to read, we're pretty sure that's what it says. The plates are in very nice condition with no dents or dings present. They do have some surface scratches and need a better polishing. Rare and unique additions to your collection! Up for bid is a complete set of 52 Oneida Community Silverplate in the popular Affection pattern. The pieces are not monogrammed and most are un-used. There is some light tarnish that is easily removed and the butter knife. Sugar spoon and 2 serving spoons have some use but no silver loss. All of the other pieces look un-used. There are 8 dinner forks, 8 soup spoons, 8 butter knives, 8 salad forks, 16 teaspoons and 4 serving pieces.
