Antique Map of 1836 Texas Grants & Discoveries E.F. Lee 25.75" x 17.25"
This is an antique copy of the 1836 Map of Texas by E.F. Lee that was published by J.A. James and Co. The process for the printing appears to be a gelatin silver print which would date this to the late 1800's-early 1900's. There are margin issues and it does have antique tape as shown in photos. The front and back of the map shows that it was property of A.W. Graf. Measures 25 3/4" x 17 1/4" inkFrog Analytics.

Andrees Allgemeiner Handatlas was a major cartographic work published in several German and foreign editions 1881-1937. It was named after Richard Andree(1835-1912) and published by Velhagen& Klasing, Bielefeld and Leipzig, Germany. Six Flags Over Texas Amusement Park Map 2006, 45th Anniversary
2006 45th Anniversary Six Flags Over Texas Park Map. Most of the maps I collected were older. This map is newer and I noticed that the lands were omitted from the map. I suppose they have pretty much given up on the old themes. This is a folding map with few blemishes. There is slight wear along the folds and at the intersection of the folds as shown in the photos. There are no tears or other blemishes I could find. Overall a very nice map in very good condition. While purging every file in my house I found two more maps in a file named. Believe it or not, Six Flags. The other map is a 1983 SFOT Park Map. Thanks for looking and good luck.

Texas includes parts of Eastern New Mexico, Western Oklahoma and Colorado which only existed for a few years prior to the Compromise of 1850, when the Texas border with New Mexico was settled. The southwestern US border is the Gila River prior to the Gadsden Purchase of 1854. Size: The map image measures approximately 9 by 11 inches(23x28cm) on a 11 by 13" page(27x33cm) with a margin all around as seen in the main pic. Condition: The map is in Very Good condition for its age with overall tonal aging and original handcoloring as issued. Blank on the reverse, printed on a strong flexible page, not brittle, basically as seen in the pics. There is some darkening and wear around the edges as seen, otherwise it is very clean with a nice antique quality on strong paper that would frame up nicely.
