Vintage Denoyer Geppert Co Pull Down School Map This canvas map is the Greek and Phoenician Colonies and Commerce. It is approx. 29 1/2" tall and 43 1/4" wide(map only) It was compiled and drawn by R. Baxter Blair and the copyright dates on it are 1916. 1929. It opens and closes nicely and has normal classroom wear. The bottom wooden pull shaft needs to be reattached.

Here for sale is a vintage map published by Cram's in 1915. I obtained this map and 6 other maps from a collection of maps used in a one room school in Welch. Minnesota. The maps had a slight odor of age which has improved substantially since I took them out of their holder. The map measures about 38 by 48 inches. And has rollers on each end. The map has condition issues as shown in the photo. Including tearing and scraping, mostly along the bottom, and along the extreme edges. Map has some staining or darkening, again mostly along the bottom, and could use a cleaning. Please see the photos to observe condition. The colors on most of the map are nice, and so some restoration would be helpful. I will be happy to combine shipping upon multiple purchases.

This item is a exceptional antique school house pull down wall map of North America. The map is copyrighted by W. A.K. Johnson and put out by A F Nystrom. It is in the original oak wall mount case. The case is 47 inches long making the map about 44 inches. The roller is copyright 1901. No other copyright dates on the map, it does have Utah and Arizona so after 1912. The bottom part of the map has damage as shown in photos: this can be repaired. It does have the canvas type of backing. This could be a great map with a little TLC. Shipping will be $15.00

I'm not sure of the exact age of this map(Most likely mid 1990's) The spring operated roll system makes this easy to deploy and retract and it is in perfect working condition. This map was purchased as surplus from a local university. The large white marks are just reflections from my poor lighting. These maps measures about 42" across and is about 52" tall. Antique Canvas Map Ancient Greece New Testament School Wall Historical Pull down
Here is an old(antique) Large. Pull down map of ancient Greece(looks like the Pauline age) It does have some discoloration at the bottom- in some of the pictures you'll notice some lines and shading that aren't on the map they are just shadows behind it(sorry bad pictures) the map is in otherwise good shape. There is no date on the map itself but the latest patent date on the pole is 1901 so I'm assuming the map dates around that era. I'm not sure if the coil mechanism works- I have done my best to describe this item and as such it is sold as is.

This Denoyer Geppert school roll down map was published in 1956. It has 5 maps. The maps are printed on a sturdy canvas feeling paper. It is in very fine condition. There are no tears. And it is in proper working order. The maps are attached to a beautiful well made wooden frame. The only imperfection can be seen in the second picture. The ends of the map are discolored from age. This vintage school map is in beautiful condition with only a little yellowing on the edges. There are no tears or bad spots on the map. No copyright date can be found on the map. But I believe it to be from the 1950's. Early grants and orgins of the 13 colonies and voyages, discoveries, and claims to 1610. The metal hanging bracket at the top of the map is 55 inches long. The map itself is 85 inches tall, and 51 inches wide.

Rare c1850 LARGE EUROPE Wall Map,W&A.K. Johnston School Original
This is a very old Antique Map of Europe by W& AK Johnston of Edinburgh and London. This is a Roll-Up Map and has the original casing with Spring Roller(like a window shade) that allows it to retract. The case is in very rough condition but the roller does still work. The map is attached to the roller on about half of the rod so some repairing would be necessary if one chose to use the roller and case. The map measures approximately 5 feet by 5 feet. Overall the map is in amazing shape for it's age. It does have some water staining predominately at the lower portion where the legend and white areas are located. The map still retains much of it's great original color and of course is historically accurate for the time period for which it was made. This is a map produced by Nystrom. The map does not have a copyright date. But I estimate it is probably about 10 to 15 years old. This map measures 65 inches high by 72 inches wide. It comes mounted on a spring roller. With a wood dowel at the end. There are three layers to the map. They include: 1. Texas(Map#1PS42) 2. World(Map#1SR991) 3. I'm not sure of the exact age of this map(Mosy likely early 1980's) But it depicts Europe as it was post World War II in 1953. The spring operated roll system makes this easy to deploy and retract and it is in perfect working condition. This map was purchased as surplus from a local university. The large white marks are just reflections from my poor lighting. These maps measure 50" across and is about 40" tall. It also includes the built in mounting bracket/rail so it's ready to install. This auction is for a 1928 1929& 1931(dates I found on the map) 6' x 3' 7-1/2" Antique Denoyer Geppert Wall Map that is still in nice condition for the age. It has two maps on it that are labeled H15 Napoleon and H16 Europe 1815. There aren’t any rips or tears on the map. Just some wear on the vinyl at the bottom where it touched and stuck to the adjoining map’s wood handle when it was originally in the wooden wall case. The color looks great since the map was always rolled up but there is some discoloration at the bottom of the map.
