This is a Dietz No. 2 Blizzard Kerosene Lantern with a red globe. The red glass globe has a crack in one side. About 3" in length and the top edge showed some small chips. This lantern has been painted black sometime in the past and converted to an electric hanging lamp. It has a switch controlled small light bulb inside the glass globe. 1886 The Rochester Brass Oil Lamp Frosted Acid Etched Lamp Shade/Globe Cabin/Cow Fantastic antique brass oil lamp. Marked"The Rochester" patent September 14th. 1886. This is marked on the burner and oil font. Comes with a great old lamp shade. It is frosted with an acid etched country scene of a cabin and cows grazing the fields. The lamp has been electrified. I photographed it with an amber colored bulb in it. Just the lamp base with burner measures 8" tall. Measures a total of 17.25" tall to the top of the chimney. The lamp shade measures 7.5" tall, has a circumference of 24.5" and a top opening diameter of 3.25" Because the lamp has been electrified, I'm not sure it can be covered back to oil. Condition: Overall good considering the age. The shade is a bit dirty and needs to be cleaned. It's got ... moresome scuff marks here and there. NO chips. This is a vintage and extremely scarce pair of Triangle Products regency amber crackle glass sconce porch lights. This pair of sconce porch lights works perfectly and are very beautiful when lit. Each globe measures 6 inches tall. And 6 inches across the widest portion; the opening on each globe is 3 1/8 inches across(outer edge to outer edge) Each sconce(with the globe attached) is 11 inches tall(from the top of the globe to the bottom of the finial piece) Each metal plate which attaches to a wall is 5 inches across. The two mounting holes on each sconce is 2 3/4 inches across. Both globes are in excellent condition, and free of any chips, cracks or nicks. This is an antique oil converted Gone With The Wind lamp. At the top of the brass on the lamp is marked The Rochester. PAT D. FEB 28, 1905. The lamp is yellow and white with hand painted flower and house by the lake. The dark lines that connect the flowers like vines/tree limbs look like it could have been added later. You can see a little of the clear glue around the top of the brass. The clear glass chimney flute/shade is marked Aladin. And has a small chip at top as you will see in the pictures. Pink Frosted Pleated Ceiling Light Shade Hanging Style Globe Foyer Hall Vintage
Here is a beautiful pink frosted glass ceiling globe or shade. It is a hanging style that would hang on three small chains from a ceiling fixture. It is 11 3/8" diameter. 3 1/2" deep in the center. It has a pleated design with little ruffled edges. The center looks like a beehive shape from the outside. The three holes are approx 7 1/2" apart and 1 7/8" from the edges to the center of the little hole. All in excellent condition. The holes on the inside of the globe looked chipped but I think it is just from the drilling of the holes when made, it is all smooth and there is nothing on the outside of the holes to indicate any damage.
