Meaning that they could be removed as a single intact sheet. The maps have a single fold in the center. The maps are high quality lithographs with tasteful and appealing colors. The maps are printed on one side only. Condition These maps are very good condition. The maps themselves are clean and bright. There are a few marks in the margins of a few of the maps. If not all, its American-produced contemporaries. These maps are much nicer than any of the Rand McNally or Cram's Atlas editions I've seen.
