Some light spotting to the margins and moderate edge wear. Lower portion of fold has ver y small tear. Extending less than half an inch(closer to a quarter inch) from the edge. In my opinion this is simply a gorgeous map. One of the nicest I have come across in some time. The thumnail images below will take you to full sized images.
