The spring operated roll system makes this easy to deploy and retract and it is in perfect working condition. This map was purchased as surplus from a local university. The large white marks are just reflections from my poor lighting. These maps measure 44" across and is about 54" tall. It also includes the built in mounting bracket/rail so it's ready to install. This is a large 1903 Crams map of Asia. Empire of China, etc. It measures 14 1/2 X 22 inches. This map is genuine. Not a copy or reprint. It may have a few handling flaws as to be expected in a map this age and large. Please enlarge upper scan for condition of map. Map was taken from the Cram's Modern Atlas which is near impossible to obtain. We take special care in shipping these maps as there are no replacements.
