Handles on the sides and a clasp on the front. It was not designed to lock. It's just a clasp for design. Box measures 9" by 5.5" x 5.5" The inside is lined with red material. It holds 4 shotglasses 2.5" tall and the scotch or gin bottle which is 5" tall and 3.5" wide. Silver tag says Gin on one side and Scotch on the other by Royal Craft. A few small markings.
