It is in good condition with writing of the price on the inside in red pencil. There are a couple of small holes(1/16" guessing) in the fold of the map corners. 1939 new Kroll Map of Alaska published by the Kroll Map Company in Seattle Washington. It includes Alaska. Western Canada and shows the Alcan Highway. At this time the Alcan was a military road that linked the lower 48 states to Alaska. Lithographed in 6 colors it measures 34 by 44 inches when completely opened. It is in excellent condition with no writing or tears. The outside cover is also in outstanding condition. The map is very stiffly folded. It has been folded so long that the creases have some stress marks but are not torn. A very nice early Alaska map that would look nice hanging on a wall. Standard flat rate US shipping is $4.00.
