Here we have a nice stove board from WABASH SCREENDOOR Co. of Minneapolis. Minn. produced from the late 1800's to the early 1900's. Designed to protect the floor under a wood/coal stove from hot coals and the feet of the stove. Consists of 2 layers of wood slats that are then covered with a metal panel that is crimped around the edge of the boards. The wood side is embossed with the Wabash Screendoor Co. logo while the metal side has a nice color and design. As you can see this one still has some pencil writing on the bottom/ wood side. Possibly maker and price. This piece measures 32" x 42" x approx. 3/4" thick and is in great condition. Wood side is very clean with somewhat of a very good logo. A nice antique 4 panel wood door I removed from a 1870's Victorian farmhouse here in Mathews county Virginia. It measures 29 7/8 x 77 3/8 inch. It has the original lock and 2 white porcelain doorknobs. It uses a common skeleton key. It is in good condition with original surface. One side has old white paint and the other side has great patinated varnished surface. Bottom corner has a little gnawing and 1 panel has a crack. Being sold local pick up only. Sturdy. Antique doors salvaged from an old home in Northeastern Ohio. The doors are made of solid heart pine, and have 6 raised panels on both sides. Please note that heart pine is the non-living. Core of a pine tree, and not the soft, outer, living sap-wood. Since it takes 30 years for a pine tree just to develop just 1” of heart stock it is rarer. Harder, more durable, more insect& rot resistant, less susceptible to warping and twisting, and is much more valuable than the ... morecheap, pine lumber that is commonly found at most hardware stores. Hardware: The doors are not equipped with any hardware. However. Gorgeous stature Solid as a rock Was going to make a small table out of it but didn't have the heart to alter it in any way or the time to make a frame for it without alterations. This door was hand made to fit a space that had an unusual measurement. In the picture where the door was whiter on the left side if the door it is 48.25" tall. Solid Hard Wood Antique Early Primitive Door Knob Set Beautiful Finish Early
I believe this to be a very early. Primitive wood door knob. I havent' seen one like it. It has a pin, not a screw. It is not your typical oak hard-wood knobs that you very commonly see. This is some kind of hardwood, maybe chestnut or walnut and someone had given it an incredible French Finish and it is as smooth as silk. About 2 1/4" in dia. About 5" long from one end to the other while on the shaft. Not sure when they stopped making knobs with pins and switched to screws but these could be quite old. I am not an expert on old knobs. I just like and collect them. I don't know if this would work on most doors. You probably have to at least have a old door in your house and then go from there with a locksmith or someone who knows what they are doing. I dont think it is missing anything. Beautiful hand carved wooden door and frame. It appears to have been removed from a previous structure. It is heavy and thick. It was my mothers and was found when we cleaned out her belongings. She was very spiritual and collected things like this from all over the world. I have know Idea where it came from. It is definitely old and unique. The overall approximate height is 78 inches. The overall approximate width is 35 inches. The inside of the door frame is approximately 23 inches wide and 62 inches tall.

This oval shaped box measures 3" tall x 5 1/8" x 5 3/4" The top has a small door on nail hinges. It appears there was once a knob on the door to pull open. The door will open now by pulling the edge up. This unique box has an unusual shape with the base end being larger then the top. If you look closely you can see the sides of the box are scored with verticle cuts(done in fabrication so as to bend the wood in small oval shape. There is some kind of flexible brown trim in three rows all around the box which is held in with nails. The box seems to be used to hold small objects as anything big would be very hard to remove. Circa 1910's Solid Core Wood& Mirror Interior Door- Stripped& Ready for finish& install! This door came out of our 1912 Wilmette home we are restoring(North Shore of Chicago. IL) We had all of our doors stripped and refinished. Unfortunately, this one was from a master closet door that was"repositioned" during the restoration and no longer fits in the room. We paid more for the stripping alone than my Buy It Now price! It is solid wood core door with excellent wood grain with no knots like you see today plus it has its original mirror. Would love to see this recycled in another historic home! Dimensions: 76.5" H x 23.75" W x 1.50" Thick. It's heavy and prefer a local pick-up. HOWEVER. I'm open to shipping if you do all the legwork.

VINTAGE WOOD AND WIRE TABLE TOP BIRD CAGE SQUARE AND DOMED DROP BOTTOM DOOR
This Victorian Style. Floral designed, Bird Cage is in very good condition with very mild wear consistent with it's age and use. It is decorative and functional. It is hand painted, eye catching, and clean. The table top cage rests sturdy and even on a flat surface and is free of any wobble. The cage opens from the bottom by a drop door that operates with ease. The main colors appear to be hunter green, burgundy, and mustard. The floral design along the top trim accents the main colors with an addition of a lighter green and varying pinks. This bird cage was recently found in an old dark crawl space in a basement in Havertown. Pennsylvania. The aged house was scheduled to be demolished and the bird cage was rescued the morning of demolition. Saved from the wrecking ball, this bird cage was cleaned up only a little bit, and is being sold ... morein"as found" condition. Item stands approximately 14 1/2" tall. 7 1/4" each side square, weighs about 2 pounds 3 ounces, and comes as shown in the pictures. No surprises.
