Which are both in working condition. The shade is frosted and has some blemishes(scrapes, discoloration etc. due to age. The chrome has some pitting and discoloration spots. It shows it's age, as this is a vintage fixture. In order to change the bulb. You have to pull on both of the side arms to release the shade(similar to the function of a toilet paper holder) I don't think the switch is original to the fixture. But I think the original looked similar to this, although it may have been a push button. This is a toggle switch. Perfect light to go over a bathroom vanity or it could be hung directly on the ceiling. Try it sideways as a sconce! Many wonderful purposes for this cool retro lights. I deal a lot in light fixtures and this one is fairly unique and uncommon. It came out of an old craftsman style house in Carytown in Richmond. VA. Please ask any and all questions! This auction is for a beautiful vintage art deco Skyscraper light fixture with a milk glass globe. All original including the wires which my need to be replaced as they are very old. I am selling one almost just like this one so please feel free to check out my other listings. The globe is in great condition for its age and is free of any chips or cracks. The copper pieces of the fixture are also in great condition but do have some rough spots on the inside due to its age. This is normal. Fitter rim has 2 3/4" section that is chipped probably from the securing screws. The lip where the screws secure the shade is intact. Not a problem to install and will not be seen when installed. This is a vintage Arts& Crafts ceiling light fixture/ chandelier. Made of hammered brass. It is fairly heavy, nicely worked. I have not polished it-has been stored in hopes of installing but have since changed the direction of my house lighting goals. Therefor I also do not know if the existing wiring will work(I do not have one of those electrician current testers) Condition: No faults with the brass body or petals. Structurally sound. Some green residue from earlier polishing; the center flower hangs loosely in it's socket as it may be missing a bolt(see pic#3 with zoom) As I said earlier I never used this, but if needs any tweaking it looks to be all easily accessible. Art Deco / Nouveau 5-Light Chandelier Orig. Finish Vintage Lighting Fixture
We recently went to an auction that had great 1880s-1930s lighting fixtures. Lamps, etc. We know that some of them came from west central Ohio homes that were built during Ohio's railroad boom(most people don't think of Midwest railroad barons, but we had'em) We'll be listing these over the next couple of weeks. This beautiful Art Deco/ Art Nouveau chandelier is semi-flush- it hangs less than 12” from the ceiling. So you DON'T need a lot of headroom. It's heavy painted metal. The color is mostly a coppery-gold, with dark green, red, and blue accents. This is the original finish– there is a little wear, but nothing that detracts. The chandelier is about 16” across. It has five lights. All five bobeshes/ socket cups are there and in great shape. It has five(5) old Ratner push sockets. The only damage we found was on ... morethe ceiling mount. There is a little paint on it where someone painted“around” the fixture. Also. The connector has been pushed in on one side. You could easily tap it back out, or leave it that way. Please see the pictures. BTW. We've seen some old chandeliers using crystal cut decorative halogen light bulbs from the hardware store. It looks attractive. Not authentic, but attractive. This is a vintage 1915-1925 hand painted glass ceiling light globe in wonderful condition. The exterior has been hand painted with a rural scen e. One side depicts a farm setting with house and barn with trees; the opposite sho ws a road curving through trees. The two scenes are separated by water with a likeness of a sail boat on the surface and hills in th e distant background. The glass itself is frosted over a co arse surface that reminds one of ice-chipped glass. The paint has no loss and the colors are rich and vibrant still. There is one thin fitter c hip that barely breaks the surface of the edge and would never show. The globe about 12"W X 6-6.5" H with a 10" fitter. I have up for auction this super nice find. This piece was found in an old estate that I cleaned out. This piece is super awesome and guaranteed old. The is all metal with leafe designs that are all painted cream. Then there is a mirrored back with the light bulb that sticks out. Then on the light bulb are all glass beads that are tied around the light bulb which you can remove when the light bulb burns out. Then all along the perameter of the piece are super great solid glass or crystal tiered round ball prisms. They are all there and the piece is in good shape for its age. The mirror does have some light crazing which is on the back side but just great authentic patina to the piece. The piece measures about 10" in diameter at the widest point. Antique Vintage 1920's Art Deco Ceiling Light Fixture-5 Amber Slip Glass Shades
This is a beautiful old slip shade chandelier circa 1920's. The condition is excellent with minimal wear and no breaks or cracks in the glass shades. The switch and wiring are very good and could be used but should be examined for suitability of your intended use. The total diameter of the fixture is 18" and 26" tall including the chain(the body is 14" tall and the chain section is 12" long. Each glass shade is approximately 6" in diameter. Thank you!

Collectible H&H Dual Fixture Push Button Light Switch One screw is missing as seen in picture. This switch is very different from others. It's constructed with a rotating brass paddle to operate two different fixtures from the same switch. It was most likely an early attempt to conserve space or materials. This is not a 3 way. Besides it being unique. It operates in a very odd way. If you were to enter the room with two lights off and push the button, it would turn on light A. If you were to hit the button that was now in the out position, it would turn off light A and turn on light B. If you were then to hit the button in the out position, it would turn on light A and leave light B on as well. And then if you were to hit it again, it would turn both off. RESCUED VINTAGE 1930s ART DECO Flush Ceiling Light Fixture * Large 15" Shade
NO RESERVE! Offered is a Flush Mount Art Deco Ceiling Light Fixture from the 1930's. It is a large light with a beautiful gold trimmed three(3) bulb Porcelier fixture which has been newly rewired. It has a total drop of only 8.5 inches from the ceiling to the bottom of its cut crystal finial. The incredible two-toned shade is a large 15 inches wide and is a lovely soft antique white with accents of caramel on the high points of the lilly design around the shade. This is one of the more desirable shades of the period. HOWEVER, it does have a large chip on one of the raised portions of the design. In an effort to diminish the chip, I painted it with a caramel decopage paint which can be washed and cleaned. I wouldn't scrub it with steel wool though. When the shade is lit, the repaired chip can be seen. When the shade is not lit, you ... morehave to really look for the chip to see it. In any event, it is a beautiful old shade with issues that I just could not destroy. It is what it is. I hope someone has a use for this grand old light that has seen better days. Offered is a very nice True Vintage Mid Century Industrial Wall Sconce from the old Park Theater in middle Tennessee. This sconce measures approx. 16” tall(assembled as pictured) And is approx. 12” wide across the top and 3 ½” wide across the bottom. It is in good vintage condition with no cracks in the frosted glass shade. There is a small ding on the bottom base of the shade where it fits into the sconce. It is not visible when the shade is in place. Two of the small welded bars across the bottom back side of the brass portion of the sconce are missing. The decorative brass is still very firmly intact. Overall. The condition is consistent with that of 60 to 80+ year old antique architectural lighting fixtures.
