Pair of Home Interiors HOMCO Adjustable Brass and Wood Sconce Wall or Table. Sconces pivot on the pole to adjust from a table top position to being able to hang on the wall. Some of the gold finish has dulled over age and there is some pitting and scratches to the gold trim as well. One of the sconces is missing the Home Interior paper bottom. The rubber stoppers for around the base of the globes are worn. But still work to hold the globe in place. Both come with the scalloped globes pictured. The globe measures 3 1/4 inches tall and have a 3 1/4 exterior diminsion and a 2 inch opening for a candle. Candles are not provided) The sconce while in the table position measures 7 1/2 inches tall(without the globe) and has a 4 1/8 inch diameter base. U.S. Shipping includes insurance and tracking. We are pleased to offer this beautiful wall mirror and sconce set. Signed by the maker(Freda Green) and dated 1973. This lovely ceramic set was made from an ornate and detailed Arnels mold. The set features a large wall mirror and 2 side candle sconces. The ceramic features a deep relief pattern of large grape clusters, grape vines and large ivy leaves. The colors are a metallic golden bronze over white. This is a beautiful set and is skillfully accomplished. The mirror frame is segmented and is wired together with a clear silicone glue as support. The sconces each hold one regular sized taper candle. The pieces are in very good condition with no chips, cracks, etc. The mirror is marked"electro copper" on the back. This offering is for a VERY RARE pair of signed and dated Finesse Originals wall sculpture planters. This beautiful pair are in the Italianate or French Rococo/Neoclassical fashion. They are well made and finished and have the appearance of stone carved pieces. The pair features 2 large figural putti which are designed to be grouped together as each faces the other when hung. Both are hanging from an Acanthus plant. The Acanthus plant extends from the bottom of the planters to the tops of the planters and gives the putti a slightly"winged" appearance. Both putti are semi-nude and are sheathed with garlands of roses. Both figures are large and are just above the planter section of the sculptures. The first putti faces left and is holding a dove in his left hand. The second faces right and is holding a lyre in his left hand. Both ... moreputti have golden highlights in there hair and wonderful. Expressive faces. The wall sculptures/planters are extremely high quality and are loaded with thick, dimensional details and subtle pastel colors. There are shades of gold, rose, and blue/purple. They are constructed of fiberglass with steel rod frames. Both are signed, Finesse Originals and are dated 1970. This is the only pair of this design and genre that I can find from Finesse. They did many upper end pieces in their day, but usually focused on a more modern line of sculptures. The pair are in very good. Older vintage condition. There are a couple of minor chips to the finish in a couple of very inconspicuous areas. They are not noticeable and do not distract from these beautiful pieces. Each sculpture is LARGE. They measure 44" tall. 25" wide(at the widest measurement) They extend 5" from the wall in most areas and 8.5" at the planter sections. We are pleased to offer this extraordinary. ORNATE, Mid Century pair of Hollywood Regency pendant chandeliers and matching wall lamp sconce. The lamps are very nice, upscale quality and were manufactured by the renowned GIM company and are dated 1968. The trio have identical finials and globes of the same size and design. The very large glass globes feature a very deep, diamond pattern, which captures and reflects the light beautifully. The brass hardware is thick, heavy and ornate. It has the look of gilded bronze with a slightly aged patina. The 3 pieces also feature ornate finials on the top. These are very large and heavy. The smaller bottom finials are very nice as well. The two pendant chandeliers are independent of each other and have separate chains and ceiling canopies. It takes two screw type light bulbs which are not included in the sale. It measures approx 33cm inheight and has an approx width of 30cm I have given this light a quick clean but it is still a little dusty in places so it would benefit from further cleaning. There are some surface marks/scratches to the finish which are consistent with age and use. It comes with its original 2 core wiring and as you can see it is in working order but I would advise you to have it checked before use. Vintage 1930s ART DECO Paulding Wall Sconce & Lighting Specialties Shade - WORKS
Paulding Art Deco Wall Sconce with Lighting Specialties Shade You are purchasing a circa 1930s Paulding wall sconce in an Art Deco Style that comes complete with a Lighting Specialties shade that fits directly over a full size incandescent bulb. The wall sconce came directly off the bedroom wall of a 1912 farm house in working condition(including the electrical socket at the bottom) The sconce has a UL tag on it that is brittle to the touch. Before part of the tag broke away we were able to determine the"Style" of the Kaolite(porcelain) sconce is either C-4820 or G-4820. The pink plastic shade is stamped on the upper back"LA 41 Calif. U.S.A. Specs: 15 Amps. 125 Volts, 250 Watts per molded in information. The sconce base is approximately 6.25" tall and fits flush to the wall. A standard bulb will sit higher than the top ... moreof the sconce base. The curved shade slips over the top of the bulb. It's approximately 4.25" high and 5.25" edge to edge in length. Condition: This is. As we said, pre-owned. These were designed by Paulding for bathroom use but we removed it from a bedroom so it has no moisture wear at all. It was in complete working condition and it can be wired right back in to work again. There are a couple areas around the edges of the sconce where there is some white paint. That will clean off with a very gentle abrasive but we'll leave that for the buyer. There are no cracks or chips anywhere. The only damage at all, other than the little bit of paint, is to that UL sticker on the underside as we mentioned. Please Note: Though the socket on this is in working order, experts do recommend you disable it before rewiring it to a wall to meet modern electrical codes. You can use this with the shade we acquired it with for a soft look. Or add an Art Deco shade for a more sophisticated, sleek look. This is a small architectural element measuring approximately 8.5" x 4.75" x 1.375" Paint is old and original to this antique architectural element. There is a wide metal band hanger which is firmly cast into the plaster. I do not know the age of this item, but it does have great eye appeal, even with its imperfections. CONDITION: fair.
