Solid Brass Vintage Heavy Architectural Hardware Door Knocker
This is a heavy vintage an gorgeous solid brass door knocker. The overall design of this Door Knocker is that of an Eagle atop a scallop shell. Measures 8" long plus 4" wide. Really Nice. Weight is 2 lbs 4 oz. It has two screw holes on the back. One is at the top of the figure head and the other at the base of knocker. It has a nice solid ring to it when you tap the knocker. Striking golden colored vintage maple instrument/tool box. Very solid box; wood used for sides measures 9/16” thick. Chromed metal hardware is all original and in good working order. Hasp on front has“Presto Lock Co” stamped into it. Box measures 7 1/8” long x 3 7/8” deep and 2 3/8” tall. Aluminum plate on top is stamped with the company name. Two-digit zip codes came into use in 1963. So it’s safe to say this piece dates to the 1960s. It’s in very good condition and showing the appropriate wear marks a piece this age should have have. Finish is original. Inside there are compartments and tool hold downs. Cross bar in lid can be rotated to lock part in place. Half blind lap joints were used to construct the box. Vintage drawer pull hardware lot of 9, with original screws from desk
Offering a set of 9 old drawer pulls from a desk. I have no idea of their age or manufactor. The desk was beyond recovery but the hardware was in good shape. They are 3 in wide and 2-3/8 in high. the screws are at 2-1/2 in at center. They look like original color was black painted. There is some surface rust. But only on surface. The bails are all there and swing freely. I left one on the drawer for picture, all the rest have been hand removed and the original screws are attached, none are stripped. If you want the drawer front to use for pilot hole drilling, please ask for invoice before paying, there will be an increase in shipping charges, I did not include the weight for postage. Vintage Bridgeport Hardware Boy Scout Axe or Camp Hatchet
Offered for purchase ONE Vintage Bridgeport Hardware Boy Scout Axe or Camp Hatchet. Measuring about 13 3/8" long. The edge is about 3 3/16" high(straight across, and this weighs about 1 lb 12 3/4 oz unboxed. This one is in decent condition and was rescued from the rust. There is some pitting on head and the shaft. There is a little mushrooming on the poll but not as bad as a lot these that you see. The handle scales have some staining and some dings but they are solid otherwise. They do wiggle around a bit but that's a commom problem with these guys. Perfect picked up and hauled butt on this guy a while ago but it sure ain't all that bad. Flat Rate shipping anywhere in the USA. Decent collectible Boy Scout axe for sure! Vintage 1965 Ludwig Keystone Drums Drum Set, White Marine Pearl Orig. Hardware
This is a really sweet old kit. Made by Ludwig in 1965, the date is stamped on the inside April 20, 1965, this set is gorgeous all wood of course, has the original gold ludwig Keystone. For the age. These drums are in great condition, there are a few small cosmetic problems including a little bit of peeling on the edge Of the liner, and a few small cracks on the inside, The cracks do not go all the way through the set, except for the one on top of the bass drum looks like its in the same spot as inside from out, but it's still very sturdy and does not affect it's playing ability what so ever. This set is VERY playable, And I bet it sounds sweet, I'm a drummer myself, as well as an antique dealer, and boy do I wish I could hold onto this one and play it! One of the Tom's is missing a screw in the washer to attach to the arm. ... morebut that is really no big deal at all to pick up and put in. And it could use a little bit of Windex. I bet when this thing shines up it's going to be glowing! The kit comes with the Floor Tom. Tom and the bass drum, here are the measurements: Floor Tom: 16" X 17" Tom: 13" X 9 1/2" Bass: 22 1/2" X 15 1/2" Which are kinda weird measurements. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Cabinet measures 18" X 12 1/2" X 9" tall. Cabinet has a slanted glass top which opens from the rear and has a secret compartment underneath for duplicate items to be stored. Cabinet looks like oak. The tools inside are probably worth between $400 and $500 today and they are NOT made in China like so many tools today. There are two identical double switch plate covers in this lot. The diecast pewterlooking metal was gold toned at some point with most of the gold color gone.
