From an unclaimed storage bin in Atlanta. We found this at the Summerville flea market recently. It measures about 21" high, and is in terrific condition with no breaks or cracks, which is AMAZING considering it must weigh in the 40-50 lb range. Hard to describe the finish, but it is a very coarse-grained one, and again, aside from some possible fading, it's in great hape. Due to the size and heft, shipping will be Greyhound for exact costs only. Description A sweet little chair. Great for Mother's Day/ Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter garden decor. I bought the chair at a flea market and the original seat was broke-I replaced it with chicken wire for planting your favorite flowers. What a great way to add character to your garden! All you need to do is must put moss down first. The kind you buy at a craft store, then the dirt. The moss keeps the soil from coming through, yet it allows rain to penetrate through. This is what the tiny cage is for, with the moss it also keeps the soil in. Once you have the flowers in place(this next part is optional) you can then take any left over moss and use floral pins to tuck it nicely under and around the top edge of flowers to give it a somewhat wild and natural look; the moss soaks up water anyway and will keep your flowers moist a bit a longer ... morethan without it. You need not buy anything but your flowers and moss and maybe floral pins. Also, if you don't want to buy moss, there are the liners you are most likely familiar with that are called Aquasav Liners. You can buy them at your local home improvement center in the gardening section. You can easily plop one down inside the chair that is for pots, and put your dirt inside, etc. Just google"Aquasav Liners" and you'll know what they are if you don't already. Up for your consideration we have an amethyst carnival glass vase by Fenton. It is a pretty vase measuring about 8 inches tall and the mouth is about 3.5 inches diameter. The base measures about 3.5" wide at the base. It has the pretty peacock garden pattern and is marked Fenton on the bottom. It is in good condition with no chips or cracks. They're some surface scratches on the exterior but they are minor. We have recently purchase d a major estate of a serious collector of all things unique. Vintage and antique. This is an auction for 6 Vintage Marigold Carnival Glass Divided Plate- Rose Garden Pattern and 1 peach colored one. Used but in great condition. Just some minor scuffs from age and minor possible use. One plate has a manufacturer defect. There is a divot on the rim but it is smooth so it can't be a chip. Almost seems like a large popped bubble. See photos. 6 of these plates are a very dark orange gold color and shine rainbow colors. 1 is a lighter color I read was peach and it does not shine rainbow colors. The one I am holding to the light to show the pattern is the peach one. This sale also includes 4 matching small bowls that match the plates pattern. 1 of the bowls has a small piece of the shiny finish missing. The bowl is not chipped just a missing piece of the finish. VINTAGE WARWICK PERMAWARE CHINA SERVING PLATTER-ROSE GARDEN PATTERN-1946
You are bidding on a vintage serving platter that was manufactured by Warwick China in 1946 for their Permaware line. The pattern is called Rose Garden. It is not to be confused with their Tudor Rose pattern. The platter is very heavy. It is approximately 13 1/2 inches long and 10 inches wide. It has no cracks or chips but does have some discolored spots on the rim due to age. Please refer to the photos for the condition.
