Most any brass catch would work for this. The large handle is solid brass and the thumb latch spring feels good for reuse. This set comes with two latches. One for the doorknob handle set latch and the other for the secondary locking latch. Most of the brass will clean up some as well. This is a standard 2 3/8 inch offset although it was taken off an exterior entrance door. There is no key although any locksmith could make one for this lockset. A nice addition for a vintage renovation. Vintage quality at a fraction of the cost with a low start.
