I hesitate to identify any poster as“mint” as someone will surely take a magnifying glass and find a spec; although this one looks as pristine as possible. I can assure you though that it as good as they were on the day of production. The print quality colors are very strong. There are some handling marks. Particularly along the top border. The Doors Jim Morrison Promotional Store Display Light Box Elektra Records COOL! This is a promotional store display sent out by Elektra Records sometime in the 1980-1990s. Not sure exactly when. To promote Doors records/CDs. It is made of thick cardboard and measures 21" wide x 15" tall x 6" deep at the top. It has the Doors logo die cut out of one side and printed the same logo in white against a black background on the other. The insides of the box are painted florescent red. When this is standing on the top of a shelf or hung under a light, the red inside the box pops through the die-cut Doors logo and is very attentions getting! This one does have a little wear as can be seen in the photos, and is missing the fish line(strings) and hooks that came with it originally and are pictured on the instruction sheet, but those ... moretwo things can be easily replaced. It would look excellent in your in the window or hanging from the ceiling or light in your Doors/ Rock n Roll room. When boxed for shipping this only weighs 2.5 pounds but to avoid damage. It will have to be sent in a larger sized box.hence the expensive postage. Sorry.I did everything I could to trim it down. In 25+ years of collecting The Doors/ Jim Morrison memorabilia.
