Listed is an antique set of door knobs with their matching back plates. The back plates measure 13" in length and 2.75" width. The are made of a cast metal with their original finish. Which shows wear. The door knobs are matching and in good condition. The set is in good solid useable condition, however there is wear to the original finish. I believe the set to be complete, there may be missing screws, selling in as found condition. They are heavy and international shipping would be prohibitive. Buyer pays ship/ins. One odd thing about these is that one side, both back plate and metal on the knob are brass, and the other side they are silver in color. These often were put on various house doors of Victorian style houses. These are the old style square shaft style door knob from the late 1800's. It is a set with a rare 3/8" square shaft. It is in original condition and washed with water. All the history is still here and not polished away. The knobs are is heavy duty solid cast bronze or brass. The shaft is a 3/8" type that gets swivels on a center pivot. It is in very good. Usable condition. There are small dents, blemishes and scratches fom years of use. These are of a circa 1900"Safe Cabinet Company" safe that stood about 6" tall.Brass lock handles escutcheons.Inner lock(without key)solid brass drawer drawer pulls& dial name plate as seen in photos.I cleaned a couple pieces up as seen in last picture.The name plate is 3 1/16" diameter on the outside and 2 5/16" on the inside diameter.Thanks for looking~~

Lot of 6 Vintage& Antique Cabinet Door Knobs Drawer Pulls Iron Brass Steel Who-hoo- went to my first auction of the summer- it was a farm estate auction literally right down the street from me. The former owners had lived there since he had gotten out of the military after enlisting during WWII. And her family had been on the property for generations before that. It’s all farm stuff- household, barn, outbuildings, property- many items from the 1800s and up. Lot of old iron, barn digs, primitives and pretties- I’m so excited to show them to you! Enjoy! Here's another great lot of old hardware for you! Some antique. Some vintage. I have others this week, so be sure to check them out too. First, there's one small brass pull- it measures 3 1/2" tall by 7/8" wide at the center and has an age darkened patina. The mounting ... moreholes are 2 1/2" apart center of hole to center of hole. Next, I have 3 iron handles- I do believe a set, although two are the same size and one is smaller. The small one measures 4 1/16" by 1 1/8" and it has two screw mount holes on either end. The holes measure 3 1/2" apart center of hole to center of hole on other side of handle. The two larger ones measure 4 7/8" long by 1 3/8" wide. They also have two screw mount holes on each end, and measure 4 1/8" center of one hole to the center of the next. All three of the iron handles have remnants of old copper colored finish that is seen only in peeks- most of it is gone. Finally, I have two matching hammered steel handles that are marked Japan on the backside. I think they had a black finish at one point in time, but most of it is gone now and you see the silver of the steel. They measure 5 1/4" long by 1" wide and the mounting holes are 3 3/16" apart- center of hole to center of hole. All of the harware is in excellent solid and sturdy condition, with the finish wear noted above, lots of barn dirt(they all need a bath- I have not cleaned them in any way) and small spots of surface

Lot Of; Antique Porcelain, Metal Door Knobs, Back Plates, Latches
2 white knobs. 1 white crackle knob, 1 black knob, 4 round metal knobs, 1 oval metal knob, 2- 7" X 2 1/4" brass back plates, 4- 2 1/2" X 1 1/2" back plates, 2 small non locking latches and one latch with dead bolt that is missing a return spring and screw to hold the two halves together. All of the metal pieces have surface rust. Paint on some edges and brass is tarnished. Porcelain knobs have a few light scratches and little"dirty" looking spots.
