Arabic dial inscribed Joh: Zirnig Stadt gros Enzerstorf. With landscape rondel above, and dials on either side inscribed Repedirt/Nicht(repeating/silence) and Nicht/Schlagt(silence/striking) Time, strike and repeat movement, housed within an upright rectangular case with flame finials, cusped bell top and scrolled handle incorporating fantastic phoenixes or firebirds, all on tapering bracket supports. The single fusee works and grande sonnerie chimes are in working order. The case. Giltwork and ebonized finish are flawless, with no cracks or chips. The finials are original and in excellent condition. A striking feature of this clock is the elaborate The works and chimes are visible ... moreon three sides. They can be viewed through round-top windows and stylish gilt scrollwork openings on either side of the clock(which also allow the chimes to be heard) And the back of the clock also has a window. The clock rests on four cast gilt feet. The dials are porcelain and in beautiful condition. With a few minor chips(visible in the images posted) on the main dial that do not affect the numerals or other markings. The landscape rondel features a very pretty pastoral country scene with two people standing by a stream with a bridge and watermill, rolling hills, trees, etc. The grand sonnerie chiming scheme can be enabled/disabled. One set of chimes signals each hour in the traditional way. With four chimes at 4 o’clock and so on. The other set indicates the quarter hour(one chime) half(two) three-quarter(three) and full hour(four) The clock keeps good time. But could benefit from a cleaning. Gorgeous cherry wooden mantle clock found in its original packaging from 1995. It sounds great with chimes on the quarter hour and with Westminster Chimes. At the top of the hour. After the Westminster chime, three hammers gently sound the number of hours for the hour. This clock features a fine two jewel, five hammer movement- made in Germany. Works well but will need a little adjusting as its chime is off by a few minutes. There are a couple of scratches about the dial, but other than that is in excellent or like-new condition. Comes with the original packing material and will be double-boxed for safe shipping. Movement is numbered 340-020A(which refers to the Hermle German(2) jewel brass movement) with the Bulova label, which made the rest of the clock in China. Measures 14 ½” tall x 10 ½” wide x 6” deep.

This clock was proudly Made in The USA by the United Clock Corp. in Brooklyn. NY. It is a Model 420 and was made around 1959. This clock is fully original down to its power cord. The wooden case is in unmolested condition. It could use a nice cleaning. But I did not want to remove any of its patina, so I'm leaving that up to the buyer to do if they wish. The only thing I did was to remove the clock mechanism to clean the clock dial and glass. The glass clock crystal has no scratches or scuffs and the dial is in excellent condition. Rare Elliott Of London Mechanical Mantel Clock Good Working Order Mahogany
This clock was made by one of the great clock-makers'Elliott' of London and was retailed by Beards of Cheltenham. It is in a good mechanical condition. Runs smoothly and and keeps good time. I can't be sure of what the case is made from. But I believe it is mahogany and brass. It will benefit from being varnished and polished to bring it back to it's former glory. The case has some marks here and there but nothing too visible. The worst area is on the back(pic 8) The bottom of the case is marked'80' which I am told means that it was made in 1980. So it is fairly modern but in a Georgian style. Unfortunately the knob that adjusts the hands is missing. But I'm sure this can be replaced easily. Alternatively, you can use a pair of pliers. Antique Sessions"Nevin" 1915 Black Wood Mantel Shelf Clock– 8 Day Time and Strike with bell strike on half hour Here is an antique Sessions Mantel Clock with Egyptian green columns and green marbleized inlay and bronze color figures. Note the partial label on the backing and this clock has a functtional working shiming movement. The clock comes complete. The 8 day movement runs and chimes the hour on a coil gong and t he half hour and on bell. The movement has been serviced meaning the movement was disassembled. Ultrasonically cleaned, new mainsprings installed, pivots polished and oiled, and new bushings where added if they were required. The bezel is in nice condition and shuts and holds properly. The period replacement dial is also in nice condition and properly marked with the Sessions logo. The case appears to be original condition ... morewith a few marks of time. The clock’s dimensions are 11” tall by 15” wide by 5.5” deep. The clock comes with an antique key and a marked Session replacement pendulum. Servicing cost alone on this clock's movement is would cost $100 minimum. Although this clock is currently in fully functional condition. I can not guarantee it will run after shipping. Offered today is this beautiful 92 year old Seth Thomas Chime Clock No. 75 produced in the year of 1921. The solid and ribbon ... moremahogany case was cleaned only with mild cleaners and hand waxed to bring out the clocks original finish. This model is accented with a concave design around the dial. Shown at the 9 and 3 are step down moldings that run from the front of the clock to the back of the clock. The chocolate brown color case has its original finish that has a nice crazing to it that feels like satin with little to no character marks as the pictures will show. This clock according to the Seth Thomas book is the largest of the chime clocks and has all the best sought after features on it including a large 6 inch original silver dial that is in excellent condition. After I got it home I noticed that it was a Waterbury movement, in a WM.L. Gilbert case. At least that is the sticker on the back of cabinet) It has a Waterbury dial, and I just really don't know how true everything is on this thing. Gorgeous vintage brass planter style mantel clock with an ornate floral and magic lamp design. I picked this up at a local estate. I believe that it's a Sessions clock, but can't be 100% sure. It's tested and keeping time, it's a little temperamental and sometimes needs wiggled a little to start back up. It's a 30 hour movement. It's in nice vintage condition, free from any breaks or cracks. There is some discoloration to the face, as shown. Please examine the pictures closely. It measures 12 1/2" tall by 8 1/4" wide across the arms. This is nice clock in good working order. Keeps time and chimes as it should. The pleasant chime is on the hour and half hour. Striking ding-dong for every hour and dong-dong on the half hour. Gave it a good cleaning and oiled the unit when I got it home. The clock has a great looking face and hands on it. The clock runs. Strikes and chimes. The clock chimes and strikes the number of hours on the hour. Does the Westminster chime piece at the 15, 30 and 45 minute mark. The clock comes with a winding key, instructions and what looks like the paper work when it was first acquired in 1978. The clock cost $220 when new in 1978. The clock was some sort of anniversary or retirement gift to a William O'Donnell in Dillsburg, PA. The plate is inside the clock. The clock face has a hinged door that is separate from the one over the pendulum area. The oak wood case is in pretty good ... moreshape. Has a couple of marks on the front and the top where the finish has come off. The clock has a brass German movement and a 5 rod chime unit. The clock is 20.25" tall. By 13-7/16" across, by 8.5" wide. Howard Miller Triple Chime mantel clock. Looks to be in very good.Clean condition. Clock is model# 612-439. Movement# is 3540476. I believe the cabinet is made of walnut. Clock will run for a while, and will chime, but will not keep running. I believe someone told me that means it may have been overwound, and needs to run down the spring some to properly work, but I;m no clock expert. Comes with key.

This is a beautiful. Working Welby Mantel clock which was made in Germany. Unsure exact age. Winding key is inside door on back. The lockr is engraved in the inside on the back. Welby Division" Elgin National Watch Co. Germany" Two(2) jewels" There is also a white stamp"Made in Germany" on the back. The face is labeled"Welby" In small letters inside of rim on front it says"Made in Germany" Keeps time and chimes when wound. The left side has a very small scraped area which is easily repaired where paint was knocked off, otherwise the outside and interior of this clock are in excellent condition.

Mahogany 31 Day Mantel Clock With Burled Pattern
Up for bid is 31 day chime mantel clock. The case is finished in a mahogany and is in great condition. The glass door and bezel have good hinge and clasp mechanisms. The bezel hinge is a little loose. The front bezel door opens fully for access to the dial for ease of setting. The glass has no cracks or scratches and is solidly set in place. It has a raised burled pattern at the bottom front as seen in photo#3. There is a little blemish by the bezel as seen in photo#4, but this in no way takes away from the clock's beauty. Overall. It is a good working clock. It chimes once every half hour and once for each hour as it advances through the day in a clear. Beautiful single chime on two chime rods. The clock has been cleaned, oiled and checked in my shop.
