VTG 16" BENJAMIN PORCELAIN LIGHT FIXTURES ENAMELED INDUSTRIAL METAL BARN
For sale is a pair of 30's/40's porcelain cover steel 16" lights from the Benjamin Electric Manufacturing Corp. Each light is 16" in diameter and features a green porcelain outside and a white porcelain inside. On the top of each light are vented slots to cool the high watt bulbs. From what I can tell there are very few of the green shades with vents. The lights look great for their age. The ones on the left has three small spots in the enamel which i pictured. The one on the right has some grey paint flakes stuck to it. Several came out with my fingernail so they can be removed if desired. The sockets read 660W 600V. 753 Made in the USA, Benjamin. Design/Style) Has a pull string shut off devise with no damage except some old paint. Did the magnet test and it stuck to it so it's brass plate. Measures 6" Round x 5" High. The second is also a single ceiling fixture with a simple metal design that looks like it mounts on another lamp? not sure as I've never seen a design like this. Offered is a set of 3 vintage Benjamin porcelain lights for gas station. Warehouse, barn, factory, loft. The white porcelain on the 16" shades is in good vintage condition with some chips and off white paint which may be remnants of attempted chip repair. The sockets are marked Benjamin. The socket and head are twist locked for easy removal. Just align the tabs and twist. The hang straights/ swivel mounts are Adlet brand, not original. These were hanging and lit yesterday in a garage.

There is an off/on switch located at the bottom center of each fixture. They have wiring in good condition and rotary switches. The shades are glass and slip into the sconce frame- The are in good condition. As you can see. I ran wire to the lamps for testing and they both light and the switches work correctly. Antique Ceiling Light Fixtures Stamped Brass 16" Long Art Deco Victorian 2 bulb
With some imagination these would be a great original light fixture adding to your decor. Currently they are in a state of dirt and looks like special colors were applied somewhere in the past. As nice green and black. Under all of that paint is a nice stamped brass light. The fixtures are complete with the exception of one missing beauty ring shaped like a flower petal. There are the center finial covers as you see in the pictures, they were placed onto the fixtures for pictures, and are loose until the fixture is restored and the hanging hardware is attached. The sockets are good, but everything needs to be cleaned and restored. Unless the colors are good for you. These have a nice width to them, about 16 inches with the beauty rings around the sockets, without them it is 13 3/4 inches wide, and skinney fixtures, only 4 1/4 across. and ... morethe hang is about 4 inches. This pair of sconces/lights were removed from the home we remodeled in 2004 and were original to the home built in 1954. They worked when they were replaced in 04 with a more modern sconce and were used in the hallway and looked very cool. They're chrome and the glass(frosted) is molded to create a waved effect ~ secured and held positioned& secured by the front metal. Can be operated with a wall switch or individually turned on/off with switch. They easily disassemble for thorough cleaning which I've done. Except for the paint(see photos) on the metal frame edges. Previous owners weren't real careful in the painting process. Can be easily removed with a knife/scraper/etc, just didn't take the time to do so. Three Vintage Porcelier Porcelain Electric Light Fixtures Sconces. The twin bulb fixtures measure 11 1/4" x 6 3/8" x 4" The small fixture measures 5 1/4" x 5 3/4" x 2 5/8" They are an ivory/off white color with flower accents. They do have what I would consider minor flaws for their age. One of the twin bulb fixtures has a deep crazing line and the other has more overall crazing The small fixture has a chip or scrap to one of the flowers. I have photographed the above mentioned. One of the large fixtures is missing its finial and the hanging bracket. There is no hanging bracket on the small fixture. I acquired these from a old victorian home in North Buffalo these would look beautiful for a redecorating job or to add something old to a new home. they do need some cleaning as these are very old and as mentioned to some of the beaded ball around the top there are very small flea bites that would not be noticeable. there is no cracks and for there age are in very good condition. any question please email me. VINTAGE COPPER HANGING LIGHT FIXTURES, MATCHING SET OFTHREE THREE
Offered is an antique vintage architectural light fixture set of three. It is made of copper but has been tarnished over. It was never cleaned. Which is wonderful from a restoring perspective. It features a nice piece that hugs the ceiling. This piece is in good condition. The chains are rusty. The center lamp piece measures about 18" in diameter and 5 1/2" where the center globe goes and the two side lights hang down and are 22" long. There is a few dents on the edge of the rims, but being copper, could easily be brought out to normal. there are 5"sockets" in the main light and the four that hang all have chains and theres one on the inside where the globe goes, and the two lights that hang on the sides that hang down are i good shape and have chains on them, but I think this could all be brought back fairly easily ... moreand will be beautiful. the pattern on them is really nice. Obviously this would need to be rewired. All in all, it's a nice, vintage antique architectural lighting fixture to add to your collection. please ask any questions you may have

The glass is chip and crack free. The glass is 5 3/8" in diameter x 9" long. The glass screws in and out of the threaded fixture without any trouble. The small boxes are 4 1/2" across x 1 5/8" deep. Overall the fixtures are 12 1/2" long w/the glass screwed in. There is some old silicon caulk around parts of the fixtures. Each fixture w/ small box weighs about 6 pounds. I believe these lights were manufactured in the early 1980's. Each light fixture measures 15 1/2 inches in total length(including the globe) The height of each fixture not including the globe is 9 inches. The mounting plate measures 5 inches in diameter. The glass globes have a smoke look. One of the set screws used to hold the glass shade in place is missing. There is patina wear/pitting and surface scratches throughout all three light fixtures. There are also several small spots which look like surface rust spots. I am not sure if these can be polished out or not. I tried to capture some of this wear in the pictures below.
