Beautiful pair of Victorian D'Light fixtures. Each measures approx 22" tall x 13" wide total. I presume that these were manufactured in the 1950's or 60's but I am not sure. Certainly vintage and of good quality. Unlike the cheap imported items available today. Both have been checked by a master electrician and are working fine as seen in pics. The wiring is still very pliable and in good condition. Ready to hang, no rewiring necessary. No mounting hardware included, but can be obtained at any hardware store or lighting supply house. Nice vintage condition but not new or mint, so please do not expect them to be. There are some chips to the shades at the mounting area, which are well hid when installed. These professionally restored. Turn of the century solid brass sconces are in fine condition. They've been highly polished. Lacquered, rewired and, retain the original"GE" paddle switch sockets.They're extend about 9" deep from the wall and, are about 11H with the shades installed. The cast brass flames were gas light burners. The period shades are in very good condition for their age with no chips or cracks; they have frosted interiors. This is a real auction with super low start price and no reserve. Found locally to an estate sale is this pair of light fixture sconces. They are made of a pot metal and are about 60 to 75 years old. The oval base is just over 7 inches long. From the wall unit would extend out about 6.5 inches. I plugged in the one with metal switch and it worked fine but I would recommend rewiring both units as the others cord should not be used. These were made by La Salle lighting products Buffalo. NY. One of the things that is so great about these particular models is the articulated holder with the arm on the back which allows for the extremely easy aiming of the individual bulbs. Plus, these are so modern looking. Used in excellent condition, looks unused, includes the 6 GU10 bulbs that came with in even though 1 bulb is burned out, I put a different bulb in the socket to verify the fixture was good and it is. I use 50 watt versions of these bulbs over my wifes work area, mine is a 3 bulb track type which if I didn't have I would use these instead, the ability to adjust the aim so easily is wonderful. PLEASE NOTE, inside the box is a 3 prong female connector(center is ground) you will need the male version of this or just snip it off and wire using ... morewire nuts(this is what I would do) ALSO NOTE: if you win this and receive it you will see that this female plug on the 2 bulb unit looks like it has burn marks, this was me trying to hold wires in the plug with one hand and take a picture with the other, when you lose concentraction the wires touch and whamo, it is not damaged and the picture was taken by my wife after the incudent. The fixture is marked PN HL-5 660W 600V. The wire around the bulb was to protect light bulbs in an industrial environment. These ones have a smaller interior wire for nestling the bulb. Cage Size- 4 1/2" long Condition- good used. Some surface rust- can probably be removed with a bit of steel wool. Metal not perfectly straight. Not sure if bulbs are still good.
