1895 Leaded Glass Window Craftsman/Shingle style. This window was in the attic of a home we recently acquired. It is a leaded glass 9 pane window that we believe was the front gable window in the house. The window is 28 3/4 x 45 1/4 overall and the actual glass dimension is 24 x 40. It is a heavy wood frame and has the original interior handle. I'm Not offering shipping on this. However there is a local Pak/shipper that can probably package this for you and ship it. I am happy to drop it off with them for shipping but you will be responsible for making ALL arrangements. R11B. This auction is for a Pretty Multi-Color Leaded Stained Glass Window from England. We only sell vintage or older stained glass windows. We do not sell reproductions or imported windows made in Indonesia. All of our come from Great Britain or Europe. It would make a Great window for a Sunroom or as a header over a door or built into a wall sunroom. Please Read This Carefully: We only sell OLD Windows. Glass making was not perfected until around 1930. Before then a lot of glass. Especially glass made in to sheets had bubbles, waves, imperfections such as ridges or lines of separation when the glass was made. It's not unusual at all to find these in our windows, in most cases it's desirable because it validates the age of the windows. If you get a window that to you looks like a"crack" is in it, simply run your finger ... moreacross the line on both sides to"feel" the glass, if one side is smooth and the other side has a ridge or bump, it's simply an imperfection in the way the glass was made. CRACKS Can Be Felt On BOTH Sides of the Glass, you can't crack one side on a piece of glass without cracking both sides. When there is a CRACK in the Glass, We will State it in the auction text. This window has a pretty Pale Burgandy/Lavender. Green, Pale Blue, Amber, Red and two types of textured white glass. There are no cracks in the glass of this window. Three custom leaded glass panels(and window frames/jams) designed by James Thomas Stained and Leaded Glass. This husband and wife team have been creating custom panels since 1973 from their Studio City studio. Having built a reputation as one of Los Angeles' premiere stained glass studios.
