Four Sets(three pieces to each set) of hand forged metal Bean Shape Pantry/Cabinet Latch Bar Sets. Strap measures 6" long. U-shaped piece measures 3" long by 1 1/2" wide, small arrow-shaped piece is 4 1/2" long. Bought from Historic Housefitters based in New Preston, CT, in 1987 and never used. Appears by looking at Historic Housefitters' website they no longer make this exact set, but have a similar available. Authentic hardware for the historic Colonial home or farmhouse. Very nice!

Very High Quality Entry Door Mortise Lock Latch in excellent condition circa approx.1900. One of the cylinder lock screws is a replacement and is a Phillips head but works perfectly. This latch has a spindle hub for doorknobs and a thumblatch lever for thumblatch/doorknob combination sets. Has a deadbolt hub and a cylinder lock opening with latch lock buttons on the face. Bronze face with cast iron housing. Latch bolt is reversible. In excellent working condition. Face plate measures 1" x 7 5/8" Mortise box measures 3 5/8" x 5 1/2" and 3/4" thick. Distance between center of cylinder lock opening and center of deadbolt hub is 1 7/16" Distance from cylinder lock opening to center of spindle hub is 3 3/4" Latch hub is for a solid knob spindle.
