Here is a great old painted entry door w/glass that was removed from a home that was built in the 1920's or 30's. All of the hardware is included: 3) surface-mounted hinges and complete lockset(minus key) This type of door is really not well-suited for exterior use. They were typically found inside of a covered porch or entry as this one was. The glass pane is fully intact with no cracks or breaks. It is flat glass with no bevels or ornamentation. Both sides of the door are painted, one side is white and the other has a faux-finish that's supposed to look like wood. There are a few nicks and gouges throughout, but these could ... moreeasily be addressed if the door was to be painted. There is also what looks like a longitudinal crack on the bottom rail(it shows on the white side, see pics) as well as a crack near the bottom of the latch-side stile(see pics) The lockset is complete. You are bidding on a very beautiful solid oak drop front ladies writing desk that reminds me of a very fancy Larkin Style Desk. There is a mohogany desk similar to this one with all the heavy brass detailing. It is made by the Paine Company. I believe it says on their label. My desk has the original golden oak finish. It is in very good condition for its age, minor wear& tear. All the brass decoration is original. There is lots of hand carving and also applied carvings. It has a book shelf at the bottom. There is a beautiful oval bevel mirror on the backsplash. The inside of the desk has a grand writing surface and lots of pigeon or cubby holes for extra stuff. They are a Purple Satin stain(which in some light becomes a really cool brown or a really deep purple, I love this finish) and they have black hardware. All Toms are rack mounted. The drums sizes are: 10, 12, 14, 16, 22. The wrap is still in great condition, and totally reusable. I was planning on rebuilding these drums(as in the previous photos) but this is the way they are right now. I do not have to time to rebuild them. I gave drum rebuilding a try but unfortunately due to a massive workload in college right now I do not have the time to rebuild these. I am only selling these because I don't have the time or expertise to do the right job. However, this is a GREAT opportunity for you to rebuild this drum set. I recommend doing the J-roller and 3m NF-30 cement method, as my friend told me to do. But as I have said, I don't have the time due to school and I also am moving. These are the O RIGINAL BOARDS from a Lineberry Factory Cart. Very Rustic but they are very solid OAK. The wood was moistened in the pictures to show the beautiful woodgrain which will show up like this when you a pply the finish of your choice. I lightly planed the top side of the wood. You can plane or sand more to reduce the i mperfections b ut this is the way many people prefer it. The wood is very smooth as it is and will finish very nicely. These boards are from a cart which is probably close to 100 years old. The top is 27" wide by 48" long. W hen finished to your preference. This will make a bea utiful ta ble top. I am also offering a Lineberry frame which this wood top came off of. Perfect f or those who have bou ght the hardware. I have a super handcarved and handpainted Chinese drop down desk. From the early 1900's, though I cannot be exactly sure of the date because my grandmother brought it back from one of her many ocean voyages. The front is embellished with a chinese scene in a muted red background as shown. I love this piece but i am forced to sell it for the family. Everyone is fighting over it, so there is only one way to settle this-and that is to sell-it has been a part of our lives ever since I can remember. The measurements are: 40 3/4" wide x 48" high and 17 1/4" deep. There are various compartments for storage. It is in excellent shape, with only minor signs of wear. Original paint is still very nice-overall they are brown with green and orange. They're large-approximately 7 3/8" Long by 2 7/8" at the widest point. The cast iron varies in thickness but goes up to about 1/4" in places. The back of each is marked: 0-50 at the top and 3 in the bottom section. One of the pieces has a metal clip still affixed.
