But I wasn't around back then so I don't know for s ure. T wo plates are plated steel- a magnet does stick to them. The third is not magnetic- appears to be plated brass. The coating is a bronze or copper color. These w ould have been used with an old. Large mortise-type lockset and skeleton key- neither is included. P late A measures 10" high x 3" wide. This is the non-magnetic. Bronze-colored one. I believe this plate would have been used on the outside of the front entry door- possib ly exposed to the weather. Plate B measures 7" high x 2 1/4" wide. It is plated steel- the plating appears to be an' antique brass' color. It is similar in design to plate A. But not an exact match. The previous owner"cleaned" these two plates with steel wool, so there are scratches evident. And some finish loss. Plate C measures 7 1/4" high x 2 3/8" wide. It has not been cleaned at all. And is mostly covered with old white paint. It is also plated steel. I believe the color may also be' antique brass' But I can't tell with the paint. It is. Again, a similar design to the other two plates, but not an exact match to either. I received plates A and B as you see them- I do NOT have any knobs or screws to go with them- sorry. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING ON THIS COMPUTER! This is my son’s mid-2009 13” MacBook Pro. We are selling it AS-IS/ NO RETURNS since it has had some problems recently. We’ve unsuccessfully tried to fix it. He just graduated from college. And is switching to a Mac Mini as his computer/media hub, so we’re done trying at this point. UPGRADED SPECS: 2.26GH intel core 2 duo processor. 4GB Ram/ 500GB Hard Drive(both upgraded approx. 1 yr. ago) NVIDIA GeForce 9400m 256MB video. Serial# W89250FL66H. Software: OSX 10.8.3. I’m posting this eBay auction FROM THIS COMPUTER. It functions correctly much of the time. When working properly. It functions close to new condition: good battery life(approx. 5 hours) screen. Keyboard, and track-pad are in excellent working condition, aluminum body looks very good– just a few MINOR scratches(we ... moretried to capture them in the photos) optical drive and all ports work great, new power cord included(replaced about 1 year ago) black soft case with apple logo included also, When it is NOT functioning correctly. It seems to us like it has trouble accessing the hard drive in certain situations: can’t save files(error message-50) can’t open Mail(error message-50) can’t open iTunes(error message 14013) can open some documents from the hard drive. But not others, takes extended time to reboot(sometimes won’t reboot properly for a day) when using Safari or other browsers. Some pages won’t load(Google won’t, Yahoo will– no idea why) there are probably other similar symptoms. So please don’t consider this a complete list of the problems(but it’s all he can remember) When it has problems. He tries to reboot it. Often rebooting solves the issues for anywhere from 5 minutes to a week. At worst he has had to just set it aside for a day because it won’t reboot properly, but then it seems to work again later. We took it in to Apple Care for their diagnosis. The hardware passed their diagnostic tests. So they think it is a software problem. But we’ve reinstal

VINTAGE UNION HARDWARE CT USA 8.6 SPLIT BAMBOO FLY FISHING ROD This auction is for a vintage three piece 8 ½’ Union Hardware split bamboo fly rod. There is a Union Hardware Torrington Conn USA inscription on the reel seat. The bottom and mid sections measure 35” and the tip section is 37” I would estimate the fly line weight at a four- five. The 5 ¾” cork handle had a mall section missing near the top(see picture) that I repaired nicely with wood filler and sanded. Both the handle and sliding ring reel seat are fully functional. I have included a new set of seven snake eye guides and stripper guide that you can custom wrap. The tip section is not original to the rod however it and all of the sections fit together perfectly when assembled and have the distinct pop sound when removed. There is a natural set in the tip section. I ... moremeticulously stripped the old varnish. Refinished with four coats of spar varnish and completed it with high quality wood rubbing compounds. The ferrules have been buffed and polished. The brownstone colored bamboo cane and varnish finish are perfect.
