GORGEOUS GIRANDOLE. This is for an old alabaster lamp with lots of hanging crystal spear prisms. Its old but wiring does work but should definitely be checked by a professional. Its marble and you can see the different colors its mostly cream with some brownish areas coming through. Its old and has a great look if you love crystals like myself. It will add drama to any room I assure you. Probably some knicks to crystals nothing too major though. There is a small knick to the top finial. Also I like to mention everything so 2 of the arms are 9" tall and the other 2 are about 8.5" high from base. I am not sure if it was made this way or if over time they got bent this way, its not a perfect square, but it still looks fabulous, I just like to mention everything. Elegant Vintage F rench Art Deco Vasque Chand elier in Blue. A beautiful light with an abundance of period detail. In the French modernist style it has a chrome ceiling rose with clean simple lines typical of this period and the dark varnished wooden central column below that is made of two sections separated by a pair of chrome bands. The shade is simply lovely. Both in colour and shape. It is a pale blue pate de verre bowl, with mottled white flecks throughout, it is round with a geometric design around the top which is accentuated by silver highlighting and tapers down at the bottom to a wide conical base. A large chrome plate and finial at the centre of the base completes the light. In good vintage condition the chrome has a few spots commensurate with age. Which I am sure could be polished out if you wish. There is a small crack to the ... morebowl around the top around 5cms, however due to the mottled glass it is unnoticeable when hung and in no way detracts from the lights grace and elegance. Antique French Gothic Wrought Iron Hanging Light Fixture Chandelier
This vintage/antique lamp is from an estate. It stands 17" tall and is 12" in diameter. There are six sides(4 1/2" wide) and six sharp metal points at the top and bottom. There are metal pieces on each side that would have held glass panels at one time. The fixture hangs from a 15" metal link chain and there is a metal floral looking base that secures to the ceiling. The lamp has one socket in the center which is surrounded by a 8 sided metal"cup" The lamp will need to be rewired and new glass panels replaced if desired. This auction is for six french cut chandelier pendalogues. They have a double bevel on their front side and the back is flat. They also come with a top bead. The bead is 5/8" in diameter. The prism itself measures 2-1/2" long. With the attached bead the overall length is 3-1/4" The last photo above shows how they look hung on a chandelier. Just lovely! They came off a chandelier made by Underwriters Laboratory- an older chandelier. They are in very good condition. I examined them as close as I could and found no chips or cracks.
