A gorgeous all-original Eastlake stool that dates from the early 1900s if not earlier. Overall measures 20" long 19 1/2" high x 11 3/4" wide. An aged beauty that appears to be cherry wood with burl insets. Heavy over-stuffed top is in a rich floral brocade that is trimmed in a green velvet piping.light wear to the weave from use at the back corner. This little Eastlake settee/ love seat is a classic example of the style. And for it's age it is still a very sturdy piece of furniture. Not only is it a beautiful piece, it is very comfortable too. This settee/love seat measures approximately 58 1/4 inches wide. It stands approximately 39 1/2 inches tall, it is approximately 25 1/2 inches front to back. All of the original Foyer trim and face skirting is intact and present and was just enclosed with a wall(to the right of the first picture) Therefore we have all of the stair face trim as well as the original posts that have not been altered and are present as original. This is an original staircase that was removed from a late 19th century Victorian home in Quincy. IL. This is a Pair ANTIQUE 1870's Iron Eastlake Neo Grec Double French Door Foot Bolt Chain Locks. The condition is good with some minor surface rust and normal dings and scratches. Both pieces are Spring loaded and work very well. The foot bolt got painted somewhere along the line. The Top Chain bolt is in natural cast iron condition. It does not come with the keepers that would have mounted on the top door frame or the one that would have been mounted on the floor.

4 -MATCHING VICTORIAN WINDOW SASH LOCKS PAYSON?-EASTLAKE? RARE?
Here we have 4 matching Victorian window sash locks which are getting harder and harder to find. They are made of cast iron with a beautiful brass or bronze release knob. They do have printing on them but I can not make it out. They are probably made by either Payson or Eastlake. As you well know they made intricate window locks with a quality mechanism. These locks are all in working order and measure 2 1/2' wide with the screw holes 1 3/4' on center. I did not attempt to clean them up as I will let the new owner restore them to their liking. I do not think you will be disappointed in these locks and maybe they are just what you need to finish your restoration project. Up for auction is a walnut Eastlake Victorian footstool covered with a Marsali flaming boteh rug fragment as upholstery. Given the degree of corrosion in the black portions of the rug the carpet cover is 100 years old or more as is the stool itself. Probably both are from the fourth quarter of the 19th century. The stool is sturdy. At some point it was reinforce with angle iron viewable only from the underside. It is not a professional upholstery job which is part of its charm. It certainly is unique. Sitting by itself. It makes a statement and you can even rest your feet on it. It measures 15 inches in height and the stool surface is 11" by 19" Shipping in the lower 48 states is $22. Antique Victorian 1890's Eastlake Etagere Ebony Wood
Late 1800's Victorian Eastlake Etagere Ebony Wood. It has dings and little scrapes throughout due to it's over 100 years plus age. There is some slight pulling apart at a couple of corners which I have left alone. I like it in the original condition. I have also left the crack in the old glass on the door(you could change it if you like) The door is held in place by 2 pins, 1 is missing. The cabinet is 65" tall by 42" wide and 14" depth. Condition I think is quite good due to it's age.

AESTHETIC EASTLAKE VICTORIAN CAST IRON DOOR KNOB & PLATE 1800'S
This vintage cast iron door knob and back-plate date from the late 1800's. Both pieces have a raised design. Plate has 2 keyways(one has a moveable cover) In as found used condition with no breaks or cracks. Surface oxidation. Plate measures approx. 8 11/16 in. long by approx. 2 7/16 in. wide and knob is approx. 2 1/4 in. in diameter.
