This is a lot of 8 original Antique Victorian cast iron and bronze"eagle claw" window sash locks. This exquisitely ornametal window hardware is from the 1880's. The patented Eastlake style 1886. Eagle Claw double hung sash locks were made by the H. B. Ives Company of New Haven, Connecticut.They are original antiques which are made of cast iron and have beautiful bronze handles with a patented dual action lock function. The'arm' is a feathered wing that locks into a claw on the‘keeper’ or catch. The intricately patterned bronze arms or handles turn with ease and are in excellent working condition. This auction is for both items combined for one price. Each piece is 19" long for a total length of 38" Thickness is 3/4" There is a raised piece that runs above the zigzag pattern and the thickness of that piece and the main piece combined is 1 1/4" Eastlake design. This piece has been stripped of most of it's original finish. Nice carved detail. Missing pieces to build or rebuild or create something new. Not sure what the wood is. I believe the carving is hand done as it does not line up perfectly-see photo-the pieces are the same but not identical. Antique salvaged pieces.

Lovely antique 19th c. Victorian. Eastlake Movement, carved wood and spindle footstool/ottoman with six legs. I am not certain, but, believe the wood to be walnut. This piece is in wonderful condition for age. Small split in the wood on the inner side of one the middle feet(mentioned only for accuracy) Warm and rich patina. The original backing is fabulous. This piece is an estate piece which had begun the reupholstering process when the woman passed.therefore it will need new upholstery. Not so good if you want a finished piece, but, perfect if you are looking for an almost done piece to go with your existing décor. This beautiful footstool measures approx. 20.5" long x 9" wide x 8.5" tall.

The quadruple silverplate caddy is 18 1/2" tall, 8" diameter. The center section rotates like a lazy susan so that everyone around the table could reach the bottles. The silver portion also comes apart in three pieces for easy shipping and storage. The six molded glass bottles are unmarked. There are three cruets. One of the three is slightly taller and has a different pattern in the glass. The hinged lid on the mustard pot shows some plating wear and is lacking the plaster that would give it a tight fit. There is some plating wear on both salt and pepper shaker tops and one shaker top is also lacking the plater lining that keeps it snug. The two cruet stoppers don't match each other- one ... morehas a hand painted gold flower on the edge and has cut facets, the other is molded and the stopper is broken. This auction is for an unusual matched pair of metal drawer pulls. Probably dating to the late 1800's or early 1900's. They almost have an Eastlake design look to me- see pattern on back plates, 1st& 2nd photos. As you can see, they have rectangular brass backplates with an interesting design on them. One backplate has popped out the back of the screw post/eyelets(see 4th photo above) but when they are placed on a piece of furniture, that will resolve itself. An exceptional example of American Eastlake design- a cast metal inkwell stand that also serves as a pen and letter holder. It retains its original glass inkwell. It also carries a patent date on the bottom- November 25. 1879. The piece is 5" high, 5&3/4" across and 5&1/2" deep. The base of the glass inkwell is 2&3/4" square, and about 2" high. The inkwell fits perfectly and the cover for it is actually on the stand itself. Condition is as found and as shown. There are no cracks, chips or breaks on the glass inkwell- quite nice(heavy, too) The stand is also in very fine condition- the inside of the inkwell top does show some rust, certainly expected by use. I picked this up a short time ago and knew it was not antique but older vintage. It has a good look and is in excellent condition. I belief it is walnut and measures about 22" x 14" and has a very nice Eastlake style look going and is marked with a 196 on the back. I'm not sure if it is suppose to be a candle holder being wood. I would feel safer using is has a nice flower wall arrangement holder and truly think it would look great. I purchased it at a nice price and think I have it offered not to hurt ones wallet. Please contact me before you bid or your bid will be cancelled this is the professional model 1055 originally created by H.N.White in Cleveland Ohio. in 1965-66. the move to Eastlake was shortly after that. serial number is 453585. made in 1969-70. bore size of this is.462.please don't confuse this with the intermediate model 2055 made after UMI took this and other companies over. this trumpet is very strong and solid. silver plate is 100% except for a very small spot under the bell where the left hand index finger would contact. also on the 2nd valve slide pull knob.the leadpipe is clean& shiny inside and out not showing any signs of rot or corrosion.the valves look very good with only minor visable plating wear. valve action is very good(fast& quiet)compression is very good.slides ... moreare all free. there are no dents on this trumpet but you will find scratches and dings and there is evidence of prior dent removal. ripples and such. also a blemish on the bell flare(pictured) I have totally cleaned this horn inside and out and it is ready to play when you receive it and it is a very good player. this comes in a bach strad case from the 1980's-90's.latches work just fine but there are a couple areas of cover loss on the bottom.I covered them with a patterned dark color duct tape. sorry. Relief flora. 6" x 6"x 1/2" Tiles like this one were used on was once furniture backsplash or surrounds of fireplaces. The tile has a glaze- would be good for wall mount but not for floor. Overall tile is in good vintage condition. As to be expected there is crazing and shown in the pictures a few scuff marks where it appears the glazing is worn slightly. The wood has not been refinished. And the varnish and finish are consistent with the time period as far as I can tell, however they have been reupholstered at some point.
