This is a VINTAGE MARX TIN LITHO DOLLHOUSE BARN WITH MECHANICAL DOOR LIFT. This was a wonderful find! I believe this barn originally came with a windup tractor. The lithography and detail on the barn is beautiful! The door is on a spring and folds/lifts up and down. The barn has a few creases here and there. Mostly on the roof but several other sides as well. The roof fits into slots and is removable. Some creasing could be straightened by removing the roof and placing lengthwise against a sharp table or counter edge along the crease and bending. The door raises and lowers fine but is slightly askew at the bottom(could probably also be adjusted) It has the Marx logo on the side. The barn has some expected age/play wear but is in good condition. It measures 9" x 8" x8. This is a WONDERFUL MARX COLLECTIBLE! PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE ... morePOST INCLUDING THE DETAILS. In great refurbished condition these four barn door trolleys fit a standard old flat track(1 1/4" wide with about 1/8"+- thickness) Measurements are approximate but close. 11" overall height. Strap thickness is 1 5/8" clearance between strap where the door goes) would probably fit width of a 2x4(1 1/2" + a 3/4" board. Wheel diameter is 3 3/4" Expect some minor remaining signs of age and wear- they are fully functional. Well oiled and cleaned/restored. Reclaimed Rollers for Sliding Barn Door Trolleys Repurposed Meat Hook Pulleys
Nicely restored heavy duty. Iron, antique, meat hook pulleys perfectly suited for repurposed barn door trolleys. They have been well oiled and cleaned/refurbished. Nearly matching. Though one strap is slightly longer than the other which would need an 1/8" shim to even them out for a barn door application. Both are from the Globe Company Chicago ILL. Wheel diameter is 4" Wheel to strap clearance is 5 1/4" Wheel groove is 3/4" wide and depth is about 1/2 inch. Measurements are approximate but close. The track pictured is not included but is featured for sale in one of my other listings with a set of suitable trolleys. 2 antique adjustable cast iron barn door hinges. Marked J.E. Porter Co, Ottawa, ILL. They both have 2 door adjustments, in and out and up and down. The wheel assembly is marked Queen D16, the lower door bracket is marked D171. The wheels measure 2-3/4 inches in diameter, the overall size of the hinge 6 inches wide by 11 inches tall, the door mounting bracket is 4-1/2 wide and 5-1/2 inches tall. The hinges are in top condition with no cracks, chips or breaks, they retain some of the original silver painted finish.

Up for bid is an antique pair of Myers Barn Door Rollers. Cast in 1888, that serviced a door on a blacksmith forge, on a farm in Central Massachusetts. The forge is now coming down. I don't have the lower brackets that mount on the door. Manufactured in Ashland. Ohio, they have a heavy rusty patina, but the casters still turn easily and freely. The adjustable nuts on the threaded rods turn easily as well. One of the casters has some large chips out of it, look at the pictures) but it still turns and will still glide on the track, should you decide to use them. They are 7" wide and 6" tall. Up for auction is a pair of early 1900's cast iron Myers Stayon barn door rollers. Both rollers are good solid useable barn door rollers with no problems. They are in great shape with no cracks or repairs and both rollers turn smoothly. The raised cast lettering is sharp. Clear and easy to read. All the loose rust and old paint was removed leaving behind the beautifully aged cast iron. The hangers are solid all over with no rust through or thin spots. There are two 6' sections of 1 1/4" wide flat track in good condition. You can butt the 2 factory cut ends together and make an 12' run of track. US shipments only. Thanks for looking.

4 Asst antique barn door hinges. Coming from an old rural Kansas barn that's been torn down. 1 pr. measures 3 3/8" vertically(ones with offset holes) 2 side pcs of hinge are"L-shaped" About 2" tall; other side is 1 1/8" wide. Other pair of iron hinges 3 1/4" tall x 1 1/4"wide on both plates of iron. W hite chippy paint on some of the pair. Painted over many yrs ago when hung on building. 2 halves of hinges are free. And 2 are partially moveable. Buyer to pay postage; comes from a no smoking. No pet home. I have more hinges to list; buy several. I'll combine postage.

This is a gorgeuos collectible display piece. A beautiful. Very heavy piece of BARN DOOR HARDWARE. Sliding door rollers mounted on a piece of very old barn door wood. If I had to guess, I would say over 100 years old. But I do not know for sure. If nothing else, this would look amazing hanging on a wall as a decorative piece. The wood measures 13" x 7" x 1.75" thick. The diameter of each roller is 2.75" Very decorative piece. Great petina and a great collectible. Reasonable offers happily considered. Old Beadboard. 4" tongue and groove farmhouse door. 28 3/8" by 73 1/4"has strap hinges, 4 3/4" full one inch thick, appears to be old yellow pine, with oak strapping on back. Has many layers o f old paint. This came from an old farmhouse in Michigan that was built in the early 1900's. local pickup free, will consider delivery in Michigan for additional fee, freight shipping is buyers responsibility, add $15.00 for crating if freight shipping, I will build a crate for safe shipping. 2 VINTAGE CAST IRON AP SLIDING BARN DOOR LATCH ~ GATE GARAGE SHED FARM LOCK TOOL
Offered are two identical cast iron sliding door latches. These are marked AP. I've seen identical latches marked"AP. ALLIGATOR. Perhaps they made these for applications where reptile references were unwelcome. These are a spring action latch and were used on many kinds of sliding doors and gates. Additionally they could be padlocked, and could be opened from either side of a wall with a handy pull chain. I'm not sure of the exact age of these, but they are positively old. The latches are about 7 inches long and 3-3/4 inches across in the latched position. They each weigh a bit over a pound. They are cast iron with steel springs and pins. The flat chain is copper. I can't see any signs of use or wear. But they may have been gently used. There are no cracks, breaks or bends anywhere. The springs are strong and the latch action ... moreis firm and positive. There are remnants of old black paint. I'm not sure these had much of a paint coat when new. There is minor corrosion, mainly on the backs. They are clean and perfectly operational. Please look the pictures over closely. Winner pays for USPS Priority in the USA. I do not profit from shipping and do my best to keep it safe at lowest cost. Quick. Too.
