Art Deco hammered Mission ceiling light w pr sconces 1920 chandelier slip
Art Deco period hammered light fixture with 5 light holders. Chain and canopy. There are also 2 matching wall sconces. They look like a cross between bronze and copper. They are far more beautiful than the pictures show. All rewired and ready to be hung. These are out of a grand home in Indiana. The chandelier measures 18" across the bottom. The body is 21" long and when you include the chain and canopy the drop is 39" It is much more attractive than the pictures show. There are no breaks, cracks or damage that I can find. It is about 20 lbs. There are also two matching sconces. The sconces measure 9 1/4" tall and 4 3/8" wide. There are no cracks, breaks or damage. The original decorative nuts for fastening them to the wall are there and the switches are operable. The back of the sconces are embossed: Pat applied ... morefor. MARTIN& GUENIER A very rare french 1940-1950 art deco chandelier. The mounting in nickel plated brass and glass rods holds six slip shades in moulded-pressed glass. During the 40ies and 50ies the company of the designers Pierre MARTIN and Martin GUENIER was specialized in creating furniture mainly for large projects like city halls etc. Not many lamps are known. There is one model flush-mount(a modernist square glass signed Martin et Guenier Paris 6003) which I saw about 5 times over the last 20 years. The chandelier on offer must be very rare. I never saw one before. The six slip shades are frosted on the inside and have a marvelous pearl luster. Certainly produced by one of France top glass manufacturers like Daum freres. They are signed M&G Paris 6002. The chandelier has a drop of 67 cm(26-3/8" and it's also 67 cm in diameter. ... moreIt is in good condition. Up for sale is a completely signed R. Williamson/ Beardslee of Chicago deco fixture in beautiful condition. Finish was professionally conserved(no touch ups! The original sockets were cleaned and properly wired. As you can see there is only some chipping of the paint from the canopy dangling and hitting the center cone. Two of the shades have a small piece missing on the locking nubs with NO cracks. They still fill properly and are the only negatives. All are signed. It is wired and ready to hang. This a beautiful antique five-light Art Deco chandelier with original slip-in shades by Moe Bridges. Circa 1931, found in a house in downtown Nashville. Part of the Croydon series, this chandelier begins with a top finial that is ornamented with a leaf detail and swoops down to the body of the chandelier with polychrome crested bands. The silver plated body of the fixture features volute, foliate, and floral designs with silver column clusters between each slip shade. The original slipper shades display lattice work surrounding crested shields. The chandelier finishes with a complementary foliate embellished rounded base and a small acorn finial. The light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. LARGE SPLENDID HARD TO FIND ART DECO 6 ART GLASS LIGHT CHANDELIER. This is an authentic large and impressive early to mid 20th century hanging 6 light chandelier. It boasts a very unique and rare design and finish of a tortoise shell like finish applied to the main center column and support arms. The designer then applied specially formed chrome decorative square tubing to compliment and highlight the tortoise shell main column and support arms. To literally top this unique lamp design off he constructed a large round sphere of the same chrome tubing to add a high quality touch to this gorgeous chandelier and take it completely over the top. The colorful art glass shades are a combination of light to darker pink swirls on an opal background with a splash of light yellow giving each shade a marbled or marbleized look. In original vintage condition ... morewith some finish loss to main column and arm supports(see close up pics) The wiring is original and needs replacing. The original chrome finish has some loss and oxidation expected for its age(see pics) The art glass shades have minimal edge nicks with one shade having an old repair. Hettier& Vincent A stunning french 1925-1930 art deco chandelier by Hettier et Vincent in nickel plated bronze. The fixture holds six rare moulded-pressed glass shades representing birds. The shades are signed des Hanots. A model made by Holophane(verreries des Hanots and Verlys) Hettier& Vincent was a well-known french lighting company. With a high quality finish of their lamp fixtures their chandeliers are now much sought after items. As wholesale and retailer they made lamps for the top end of the market and had its shop at the prestigeous and beautiful Place de Vosges in Paris- the groundfloor of number 7. Most of their lamps and chandeliers hold shades by des Hanots. Either unsigned models or glasses signed Hettier et Vincent(for the models this glass company produced strictly for H&V) or shades signed des Hanots or verreries ... moredes Hanots. The nickel plated solid brass or bronze fixture is of excellent quality. Very fine detailed work as can be expected from Hettier& Vincent. Art Deco Antique Chandelier French Ezan Style Icicle Shades 6 Arm (ANT-398)
The fixture is from about 1920- 1930. And shows some of the finest of French glass making. The glass shades are fully and deeply embossed, with the protruding art iceberg drippling so typical of Ezan lighting. Note the two colors of metal on the fixture. Both nickel and brass finishes off-setting each other. Very striking. This fixture has been totally rewired in our UL lighting shop and the change from French sockets to American sockets has been accomplished. Theses are beautiful period socket couplings. These came off a 4 socket chandelier. the out 3 couplings are the same and the center is different, the second photo shows what the 3 like pieces look like and the third photo shows the center one. the photos don't do a good job showing the center one has a 2 tone finish. these are threaded to screw onto a fixture. the finish is not perfect but very good and shouldn't have to be refinished to use on your project. they are Brass metal I believe. the outer dimensions are approx. 3.5 inches and the center diameter is approx. 1.25 inches. please ask questions prior to bidding.

The light is made of cast iron with many details and the design is Amazing. I have taken many close up photos and I hope I have captured the quality and beauty for you. It is much more beautiful in person. Each light is surrounded by swooping leaves and then each light has individual ceramic bobeches holding the lights. You will find these Beautiful curved scroll designs all over the chandelier. It is OUTSTANDING! Antique Art Deco Reverse Painted Light Fixture Chandelier 5 Lights
This is a super nice early reverse hand painted hanging light fixture. The brass ceiling cap measures 16 inches across. The glass fixture measures 12 inches across and 9 inches at the filter. There is no chips or cracks to the light fixture. The whole thing needs to be rewired. It is very old and pieces like this are hard to find. We just clean out houses and come upon these great items. We don't have any extensive knowledge about the items. We just try to give the best description we can. You can also pick this up in person to save on shipping.

Vintage Restored Art Deco Chandelier Ceiling Light Fixture White Frosted Glass
This is a beautiful glass art deco chandelier from the 1930's or 1940's. Glass bowl/shade measures just over 12" in diameter and the overall height of the fixture is approximately 10" Glass bowl/shade is crack and chip free! However. There are some very small spots where the glaze is missing from the shade(see last two photos) Upper glass piece is in perfect condition. This has been completely restored including new sockets and wire and vintage-look wire. The chandelier stem and ceiling canopy have been cleaned of rust. Primed and repainted(they were originally painted, not chromed) Comes with 22" of chain(which of course can be shortened) canopy and original mounting flange.
