LARGE Antique MILK GLASS Paint LIGHT FIXTURE CHANDELIER replacement GLOBE SHADE This is a very old antique milk glass globe/shade for a ceiling/chandelier light fixture. It is painted in shades of gold and green on a matte frosted outside finish. The inside is a shiny white milk glass. Paint is worn at the bottom on the center flower. Could be touched up easily. The rest of the paint is in excellent condition. It measures 15.5" diameter. By 9" high. The opening measures 14" to the outside edge and 13" inside. It originally hung from 3 chains with clips on the bottom to hold the glass globe. The person I bought it from said that the fixture part was bent and they threw it away. It has been in storage many years. Rings like a bell when flipped with your finger. So no cracks. bsmtjs.

Antique Pressed Metal Light Fixture / Mount
Antique/ vintage pressed metal ceiling light fixture or mount. This came out of the old family farm house and not sure of exact age. Was mounted on ceiling with light bulb hanging down. You had to pull the string to turn them on. The electrical socket is ceramic made by Hubbell. They patented and starting making pull sockets in August of 1896. 250 marked on shell indicates this one was post 1910. P317 is on pull part and P818 is on ceramic part. The switch would obviously need replacing but is interesting part of the history of this very cool old light. It is 1 1/4 inch across top diameter, 6 1/2 inches across bottom, and is 4 1/2 inches in height.

Up for sale I have an old vintage light fixture I've used in my house for the past almost 2 years and it's worked great. I've always loved this light fixture since I first saw it. It came with our house and we decided to keep it up since I liked it. I changed it out now though for something different just to give a new look to our living room. Everything seems to be intact and functional. not sure what years it's from but I'd guess 60s-70s. The bottom part of the lamp seems to be made out of wood. Wiring and everything is good. Description This listing is for a nice Vintage Antique Ceiling Light Fixture. I have two of these same lights currently online) Please check out my store to view them. They are a light creamy yellow color. The fixture itself is made out of aluminum and has a milk glass bottom and clear glass top right above the fixture. The top of the fixture which fits into the ceiling is aluminum. This light is in excellent shape. Just has a few scratches on the milk glass part, a few on the yellow part, and on the silver. The milk glass part in the picture shows to be a little crooked. However, it is moveable and will adjust so it will not be crooked. The inside of the fixture has two places for light bulbs. It is held together by a moveable and adjustable(by screws) pieces that attach to the aluminum fixture itself. The glass insert has not been cleaned. ... moreHowever it still looks great! This vintage/antique lamp is from an estate. It stands 17" tall and is 12" in diameter. There are six sides(4 1/2" wide) and six sharp metal points at the top and bottom. There are metal pieces on each side that would have held glass panels at one time. The fixture hangs from a 15" metal link chain and there is a metal floral looking base that secures to the ceiling. The lamp has one socket in the center which is surrounded by a 8 sided metal"cup" The lamp will need to be rewired and new glass panels replaced if desired. Tested and working metal and glass vintage hanging light fixture. Metal finish on fixture is in good condition with a few light scratches that are only visible when looking closely at it. The finish is antique brass in color. the glass is gold in color with a slight greenness to it. These is a small amount of white ceiling paint around the fixture base where it attaches to the ceiling. I think it would come off with a little elbow grease. Dimensions: 13" overall height not including chain. 7 5/8" x 7 5/8" square at it's widest. 4 7/8" x 4 7/8" square at it's bottom. Chain is approximately 6" long. I've seen a number of lights over the years that have these flat screws for reinforcement but never one with this many. The thread for the socket is 1/8 IP but the inside thread is larger than that and larger than 1/4 IP. Possibly a gas pipe thread size.

Awesome old 1920's chain pendant. Cool Art Deco canopy and almost Egyptian revival fitter. Nice Sheffield shade. The shade has a manufacturing bubble defect and chip on the fitter lip. Covered by the fixture and not relevant. 24" long. Rewired.
