This auction is for a lot of 8 antique. Ca. 1900, Corbin door locks with doorknobs and face plates, plus 2 Corbin locks, 2 double doorknobs, 2 door knobs, and 2 extra face plates. All are from the historic"Coal Heritage Trail" building in Landgraff. West Virginia built in 1922 by Empire Coal& Coke Company as their"Miner's Clubhouse" now the Elkhorn Inn) These locks are apparently older than the building. Which was built to replace wooden buildings on this site. We removed these door locks and knobs while restoring the building. They are all metal. And were painted; some of the face plates are slightly warped, and they need to be cleaned; there may be some rust. All are functional and appear to work. Selling as-is. Up for bid is a complete Antique Thin profile. Mortise door lockset. The set contains 1 black porcelain knob and one decorative metal knob, brass plated strike-plate, decorative metal cover plates. The lockset body is 3 x 3.75 x.5" and is very good condition. Yes it has tarnish, the brass plating is worn in many places, some rust, and layers of paint on it but it does function properly. There is no skeleton key included but it should be pretty easy to find one that fits at a flea market. The whole set weighs just over 2 pounds.

Vintage Door with Antique Hardware Oval Knobs and Decorative Plates
Offered is this old door with original hardware. I was going to just list the hardware and not the whole door but it is a very heavy strong door so I thought I would do this first and see if anyone wanted the door as well. As you can see the door needs refinishing but it is very solid. I am not sure of the wood. It has very decorative hardware on one side and plain on the other. It has a keyhole cover on one side. I think this it may have been a hotel door because you can see the memory of a number on the ornate side. There is some kind of little round thing where it looks like a peep hole was but it doesn't go through so it wasn't a peep hole. The hindges are not complete and are plain. The door measures about 80 1/2" tall and 32 1/2" wide. If someone is interested in only the hardware please contact me and we can go from ... morethere.
