Needs to be refurbished. Inside the middle of the cut glass knob is a flower design. It is beautiful.The knob has 12 sides(Octagonal) and they are in excellent condition. Just need to be cleaned. Mortise lock has a face plate of 13/16' wide. 5 5/8' tall, 3 1/8' deep. The backset for the knob spindle is about 2 3/8' Comes with one tested and functional skeleton key. One key fits lock. 2 locks are marked#3(see photo) 2 locks are marked#5 1 lock is marked#2 1 face plate has small dent that can be easily undone(see photo) There is pretty heavy patina but I'm sure will polish up beautifully if so desired. Acquired from 1930's cabin renovation.
