Came with a paper that says: Roman Period Glass This jewelry contains ancient glass from the Roman Empire. These fragments. From various kinds of vessels, exhibit a unique iridescent quality and luster resulting from being buried for nearly 2000 years. These pieces are circa 2nd to 5th Century A.D. Excavated from archeological digs in the Middle East and North Africa. They have been authenticated by an antiquities expert.
