Looks to be about half way full. Basically they are NOS. They were never used. Screws are in good shape. Clean. May be some very light wear and tear from sitting all these years. Box is in ok collectible condition. One side has come unglued but is still somewhat intact. Label unfortunately has a piece of tape over the middle section. Wasn't able to read the entire label.
