They are all in very good, usable condition with the exception of center plate bottom row center. That one has come unglued, a simple matter to reglue it. Lot of 5 Vintage Metal Light Plates w/ Roses
You are looking at a set of 5 vintage light plates. There are 4 single plates(only 3 shown in picture) and 1 double light plate. Rose and scroll pattern. Come with screws. These were removed from a 1928 bungalow. They aren't original to the house. But the back of the double plate reads: 1967 American Tack and Hardware Company Inc#60 TT" Back of single plates read: AT&HC 60 D" I'm not sure what kind of metal they are. But they are solid and heavy. They have a brassy/gold finish that has patina of age. Other than being dirty- or patina-ed- the only flaw is that one of the single plates is broken where the screw fits. See picture) It was hanging when we found it. This is a lovely vintage double light switch plates painted in the Pennsylvania Dutch style with tulips. Flowers and pears in red, blue, yellow and green on a white background. The plate is secured with four screws, which are included. The screw heads are painted red. Branded“Artistry” from General Electric. UL Listed. Dated 1977. Fits ordinary light switch plates. The plates measure approximately 6 inches high by 5 inches wide. Original price stickers/ residue on package. The little white'smudge' on the close up picture is a bit of paper on the package.
