Measures approximately 4" x 4" I have similar double ivory bakelite covers listed along with other configurations. The difference in the others listed, different Manufactures, is subtle and they would all blend beautifully. I do not have the screws, however you can pick some up at any home store. Up for auction are 7 vintage plastic outlet covers as shown in the pictures. These covers could possibly be Bakelite. All plates are ivory/ cream colored with matching designs. Please look closely at the pictures for the best description prior to bidding. These plates do not have a brand name on them but do have a logo on the backside in an oval that has W-L and also has a number in another spot(one has a 2. One has a 3, two have a 4& three have a 6 or maybe a 9) The screw hole on 1 is chipped/ cracked on the front side& has a small chip out of one corner. The screw hole on another 1 is chipped/ cracked on the front side, 1 has a chip on the corner, 1 has a chip on the backside of the screw hole& 1 has a white spot that may be paint or a flaw. Up for auction are 6 vintage outlet covers. There are 2 light switch plate covers. 1 round hole single round switch plate cover& 3 electrical outlet plate covers as shown in the pictures. The one in the package at the top is a metal cover, the rest are plastic or possibly Bakelite. All covers are ivory in color. None of these plates are matching patterns. 8 Antique Vintage Ivory Bakelite Machine Age Receptacle Outlet Cover Plates
These 8 Slater brand plates are the same ribbed or ridged design used by Circle F for many years. They are in amazingly great shape(yes. They were dirty& some had paint along the borders) considering they are probably 50-60 years old. They all have the common stress crack where the mounting screw has been overtightened(green lines by hole) 2 of the last 4 have minor surface flaws or chips(sticker notes) The shine is great on all of them, I only used diluted dish detergent& hot water to clean them& towel dry. Use Chrome, Steel or Ivory 6/32 mounting screws as they are not included. Great for matching an existing motif, or perhaps to create a new one! NOTE: For some reason, the pictures are NOT appearing in the same order as I uploaded them.

Vtg Ivory Bakelite deco ribbed single large hole Switch outlet plate cover #7201
If what you need is pristine. This is not. But if you need a match for a really old plate cover this may be just what you're looking for. This single outlet plate cover is clean and serviceable but has a small scuff on the front, a smudge of paint on the back and two hairline cracks, one of which is visible only on the back and one which shows on both sides. See detail photos. I believe this plate cover to be at least 55 years old(last complete rewiring of my 110-year-old family home) and possibly older because it has a more retro deco styling than other ribbed face plates installed in here in the late 1950s. 4 1/2" long, 2 3/4" wide. Made of Bakelite. With line work and Art Deco accents on the perimeter these hard-to-find creamy ivory plates go well with Art Deco and many other decors. Nicely grooved background with the Art Deco bands. Be sure and enlarge the photo to see all the detail! 58 NOS Vintage Bakelite Sierra Electric ivory ribbed switch plates/outlet covers
Up for auction here is a lot of NOS Sierra Electric brand vintage ribbed ivory switchplates and outlet covers. To wit: 33- single gang outlet covers- of these. Four appear to be of a slightly different vintage, based on the fact that the backs are different(see photo: the one on the right is the"different" one) The design and appearance of the fronts are identical on both"types" however. 18- single gang switchplates 6- double gang switchplates 1- double gang combination(switch/outlet) plate All of the plates are ivory. With very minor variations in shade that I suspect all fell under"acceptable" at the factory. Side by side, you might tell a difference; in use, you'll never notice. Most of them have the cover screws, but several of the screws worked their way out of the packaging. I will include whatever ... moreloose screws I find(sorry, there was no way to avoid that phrase) It is likely that some of the cover screws are AWOL, but these are available at any hardware store, so no need to panic.
