Antique porcelain knife switch manufactured by Hart& Hegeman. 3" by 5" molded"H&H 30A 125V" The old fuses with the mica window on top are marked"BUSS" This is an old, used switch and the metal parts need cleaning, cracks in the porcelain on the end between the two fuses, porcelain stained on one side with paint. Very Old Paulding Porcelain Electrical Knife Switch ( Great Condition) ATT NY
I was lucky enough to find this vintage electrical knife switch. In a work shop that was located in an abandoned factory. It is nice porcelain and the copper is also nice. No chips. It has Paulding on front and 25A 128V also. All screws and brass v's are present. Very nice item from long ago. Really makes you think of Edison or someone long ago, pushing this lever to turn current on and off! I will pay shipping for this item to get to the buyer, in the U.S. Returns are accepted within 7 DAYS if item is obviously other than described or pictured. Vintage Electrical Knife Switch Steam Punk Art with fuse holder 3 blade Trumbull
Cleaning out the shop! I bought this with the intentions using it as a cool switch for some antique fans that I had. But to many projects! It is an old 3 blade electric switch made by Trumbull electric it is rated at 50 amps at 250 volts. It also has the slots for the fuse's. It is a little grungy and the copper is tarnished and is missing two nuts one on a fuse holder and one on the handle. The Base has a few chips and is very heavy I was told it was Slate but not exactly sure. Feel free to ask questions!
